That's a pretty good pitch haha. I haven't tried either but noticed every UGL and peptide vendor sells it, the lifters I know personally have all been taking it for years too. I'll give it a try, gotta go to the doctor today to try get those blood test results and I've decided to stop taking Antabuse before I start Anavar. Also ordering Anavar, so it's gonna be a big day.

Hah nah it would be like five hours drive I recon. The north island is kinda boring in the middle where the highway is, it's line a barren winter desert most the way. Not lush bush and coastal roads like in the south Island. Don't think my van would be up to that drive tho ;)

Atcually I should probably watch my language around Americans, I'm not atcually sure what it is. Stairs were the main focus of my jail fitness routine. I had to go up three sizes in boxers from my legs growing. One hour of stairs every day no matter what.

I'm currently trying to transition to the stairmaster for gym cardio (do 95% of my cardio out of the gym tho) and want to add assault bike group classes on weekdays since I can't afford an atcual bike yet.

What do you think of stairmaster + bike class + one high volume bar-squats light leg day (today!) and one regular heavy legs day with hack-squat/leg-press/leg-curls/leg-extensions as a weekly schedule?

I didn't get the DOMS I was expecting from heavy legs four days ago so gonna try push the volume tonight.

As long as you’re recovering I think you can hammer your legs pretty good. When I did that in jail I was sleeping really good and getting a nap in, and eating four times. Eventually your weight will hit a point that you’ll have too much fatigue and you’ll need to rest more, assuming heavy lifts is a goal for you

Hcg came in today from life-forge.com, had a few issues with nz post and they told me they lost my package. Luckily, @SaintSoup was very helpful with everything and sent another almost straight away. Definitely recommend anyone who needs hcg or anything else to have a look at their site or get in contact.

Decided to go with an 8-10 week cruise with 400 ius of hcg every 2-3 days at 100-150mg/week of test. From my research recovering hormones just to get back on another cycle is worse. Open to advice though.

Good update, strength holding and gyno clearing thats the AI and nolva combo working. Keeping test at 100–150 mg and HCG 500 IU every 3 days for cruise is fine, just monitor e2 every few weeks to stay stable.

Maintenance calories make sense for now, you’ll hold lean mass easily through the cruise. Though I would get protein high, helps recovery.

Sometime when you've got a minute would you mind writing a comment in the thread that's pinned in the NZ source forum about bloodtesting in NZ for the other kiwi Evo Brothers to find? Just like if you went to the doctor to get thr referrals, what you said, did they know about you using gear, or just how someone could go about retracing your steps to get bloods done themselves? I still have no idea how it a works and have abandoned trying via the public health system. @LevButlerov and I would really appreciate that bro, we're trying to tidy up the NZ forum a bit and make it better :)

Taking Arimidex 0.25mg every 10 days, kind felt like shit taking it once a week. I may be wrong, my knowledge is just from more plates more dates on youtube, but I've seen its good to have the e2 levels rise with the test because e2's neuroprotective. Im not sure if 349 is too high, just what I've seen.

Still just 300 test pw but ill start taking the Arimidex more frequently. Also take Nolvadex so I don't have gyno , or any high e2 symptoms to be honest. I just saw its good to not crash e2 I'm usure with what actually is a good level.

@trentwin1 nice job on this. keep in mind things can change rapidly. all it takes is a stressful month to send things in the wrong direction so keep on it

Thanks a lot man! My girlfriends a doctor and she said it was the best lipids shed ever seen full stop! haha. Awesome to have that going for me. Once I get my e2 sorted, ill be stoked.
 
Log Week 12 - Last Week.

Took final pin today from Wednesday I'll go down to just 125mg/week, with some added hcg of 350 EOD. Really happy with the physique progression over the last 3 months, still a ways to go but felling good. Added in some cialis recently and its got the pumps feeling real good.

Todays session was Chest
Managed to rip 140 for 3 and a bit on bench which was a nice final chest day of the cycle.
Moved on to incline 2*8 of 100kgs
Then did 2*12 on bw dips. my bodyweight strength has gone to shit haha
moved on to 6*12 on some pushdowns. the last set being a drop set. been managing to do the stack of 50kg for most sets now.
Finished with 4*12 lateral raises with 20kg

Then did 15 mins of incline treadmill burning 250 cals.

Weights still hanging around the same spot of 103. Cals at 3900 are perfect maintenance for me at the moment. Probably not getting in enough protein with only about 250 grams. Struggling to keep fats low getting minimal carbs aswell. Going to just keep cals the same moving foward into the cruise.

The bacne is almost certainly from high e2. Happened to me as well. I tried everything with minimal effect. It’s coming from inside you, can’t fix it from outside very well. As soon as I got the right aromasin dose it was fixed for good.

Awesome yeah I've upped my ai dose and have noticed it healing and my skin feels way less oily.

Big strength gains too even when I mostly trained hypertrophy. Squatted 220 for 2 and deadlifted 250 for a couple aswell, alongside my 150 bench.

Definitely working on upping the protein to atleast 300. And ill look at buying the test booster once I start my new job. Itll be nice to build up the funds for a exciting cycle after the cruise is up!

Yeah. You'll have outstanding results on cialis. It's definitely one of the top options. It really helps boost blood flow and pumps. @trentwin1

@trentwin1 that is a great way to really hit the crap out of the chest. That's some good iron training. Dips are also tremendous. Just watch out on the shoulders not to overtrain them.
