I want to do a beginner cycle using lgd 4033
I'm 27 years old and I've been training for 5 years and never use any performance enhancing drugs but have used a lot of supplements
I'm going to get pre-cycle blood work and my question is what should I look for before I start this?
my second question is what would you recommend we're dosing lgd for best results if I want to add more muscle bulk to my frame. I'm currently 155 lb and I'm 5 ft 11 in
