First Timer Cycle Help... ytimd

Hi Guys,*

I'm 35 and after YEARS of consideration and deliberation I've decided to do my first cycle.* I've also decided to take it super easy!* As such I have five questions, here's what my set up looks like...

I'm doing a dose of:**

25mg (Oral) of*Winstrol per day
25mg (Oral)*of Anavar per day
3ml of RIP 200 per week (Is this necessary*considering I'm taking Winstrol and Anavar?)*
I'll also been given Tamoxifen and Clomiphene Citrate,*I'm planning to take:*

20mg (Oral) of*Tamoxifen per day (throughout the entire cycle, is that correct?)-----(Will this help prevent bloating?)*
50mg (Oral) of*Clomiphene Citrate*(I am unsure of the frequency of this dose, and when to take it in the cycle, help?)*

Due to the low dose, how long do you recommend this cycle lasts?

A couple of questions.

What is "YTIMD" ~ couldn't find it in the Acronym Dictionary.

Who makes this RIP-200, as there's more than one company who makes a product with this name.

Tamoxifen is a SERM, and should only be taken during PCT.
What you need is an AI (aromatase inhibitor), while On-Cycle.
Like Arimidex or Aromasin, I prefer Aromasin, as it's better at controlling Estrogen.
Without the possibility of Estrogen Rebound like Arimidex................................. JP

Clomid is also a SERM for PCT only !

I would suggest reading up on this site for first cycles. You may want to consider something less toxic to your body. Orals are very toxic.
Test 350-500mg a week
Aromison 10mg a week adjust as needed.
Run for 12 weeks then run proper pct. which you can find on this site as well. If you want a kick start you can do anavar for first 6-8weeks but no more. I find Anavar makes me cramp after a few weeks so I stay off
Of orals. Winstrol is also tough on the liver so be careful. Spend some time you can find all you need on this site

25mg of winny even solo is far from a safe cycle

winstrol is very harsh on your liver, hairline, prostate, and cholesterol even at that dosage

i'm not saying don't use steroids, i mean if you want to use them then use them, my point is steroids are serious business so don't just think you are in the clear here

i would recommend you use SARM's for your particular goals, they are actually far safer

I am having a really hard time understanding this cycle. In any event, I don't like oral only cycles and have no idea with this RIP is. Is it injectable gear?

Just pick either anavar or winny. If you are over 10% body fat go with anavar.

You really need to do a ton more research on AI's and SERMs before you start using steroids.
