What’s goin on boys. I’m new to all this, i’ve got my hands on some gear i’ve got two 10ml vials of;
•Testosterone Enanthate
•Boldenone Undecylenate
all of it is Hecules Labs.
I need some advice on what dosages an how many times a week to have the shots.
I’m currently 63.5kg and 180cm tall working out 4 days a week. An once i’ve worked that out i’ll have to get my hands on some pct.
 
How old are you and what's your bodyfat? Do you gain weight easy but run 75 miles a week or are you a hard gainer? How long have you been working out?
 
on this forum we encourage guys to build a proper base before using steroids

so let's make sure we do that before running this. how long have you been lifting ? what is your diet like? there is no way you have been lifting long with those stats. I'm shorter than you and I can't imagine being 140 pounds, I would be a skeleton
 
180cm and only 63.5kg.
You need to focus on diet and training, not gear.
So much virgin muscle left to gain, would be a waste to run a cycle now, you also dont need 2 compounds for a first cycle...
You're also missing a ton of gear, such as AI, HCG, pct drugs etc.
 
I am going to answer your question but I highly recommend building a better base before starting steroids.

A simple testosterone cycle of 10-12 weeks at 400-500mg/week is your best option for a first cycle. Being new to steroids, your body will hyper respond and you don't need a very aggressive cycle. It's very similar to an 18 year old having their first drink. A single drink really hits them because they have never drank before. However, a more experienced drinker would need much more alcohol to get the same effect.

Here's what I recommend:

Weeks 1 - 10
testosterone e or cyp 500mg/week (inject 250mg twice per week)
aromasin 12.5mg every other day <- very important to prevent against estrogen related side effects like gyno and water retention.

You really need to stick around and do some research first. These hormones are serious, not like popping candy. There is a lot more to this than just taking steroids. Your diet and training have to be to a certain level first and you need to develop consistency. If you just start taking gear you will have tons of side effects and no results.
