Fish oil consumption

Hey brothers do you guys have a certain recommended amount of fish oil during a cycle. Im about to start a bulk and am curious.

Do you mean 6g of fish oil in general or 6g of EPA+DHA combined?
Just asking this for curiosity because as you also probably know 1000mg capsule of fish oil doesn't contain 1000mg of EPA and DHA.

And to get back to original question what I've read is to make noticeable health benefits the recommended daily intake moves somewhere between 2 to 4 grams.

Great question. I typically stick to a range of 3-6g of DHA + EPA. To get this amount it usually equates to a total fish oil of 6-10g.

I take 3-6 grams per day year round. But, you should be trying to eat oily fishes regularly
