I have 2 scoops of protein I put in my oatmeal and getting gas like stomach bloating all the time whey type what to do

Most probably there are some additional ingredients in your protein. For instance, some brands will have rests of lactose, carbs, and flavoring additives that will cause the bloating and gases. The best thing you can do, is swith your protein for another brand, and get an isolate - this is the purest form of protein, which will not cause you any stomach related problems. Personally, I used to have the same problems as you do now with the protein. However, ever since I have tried the Isolation from N2BM, I have never had this problem again. What is especially good with it is that it has a new coffee flavor, that tastes wonderful, and the price is unbeatable for this kind of quality. Anyhow, when you choose a protein product, make sure to check out the label and make sure there are no additional ingredients in it.

You are most likely using a whey protein concentrate which will have a few grams of lactose per serving. Lactose is the milk sugar naturally found in milk. Most adult humans do not create sufficient amounts of the lactase enzyme needed to digest the disaccharide - causing gastric upset and gas.

You need to be using a pure whey isolate powder, which will have no lactose per serving. Most supplement companies use a whey protein concentrate over a whey protein isolate because it is cheaper.

There are a lot of good whey protein isolate powders on the market. The one I am currently using is isolation from n2bm.com.

this question gets asked 10X a week on here. WE ARE NOT MEANT TO EAT OR DRINK DAIRY!! so stop it. or switch to isolate which is supposed to have the lactose removed and try that.

also you need to figure out your other allergies to foods like gluten or soy for example.. some guys are even allergic to eggs. only way to figure it out is an elimination diet. but if you are getting sick frequently after meals then that is not normal and you need to figure it out. if you do not you can expect to have immunity issues and open yourself up to disease as you get older as your body is constantly fighting the trash you are putting in your body

Stick to a lute isolate like columbian espresso isolation from n2bm. It does not have the lactose that is causing your issue and also has digestive enzymes already in it.
