Hey everybody,
Been a long time since I posted. Some good things to report, some bad.
Let's start with the good.
Geneza Pharma Cypionate 250mg @ 25/ED via SubQ (175mg/ week) have tested in very strong. I am gong to pull back to 20mg/ day to try to get my free test a little more under control.
After donating for 4 years straight, I feel like my Hemoglobin levels are finally starting to get under control moreso. Still high on the RBC, but I do believe that is a byproduct of the TRT over 8 years. I think if I lower my level down to 20mg/ ED, this will be mitigated even moreso.
Bad.
Cholesterol is still high, doing everything I can to work on this. Statin's are outrageously expensive. Might just go straight fish, nuts, spray olive oil on everything (lol, I joke).
I also still have ZERO sex drive. I do wonder if this stemming from a lower end SHBG. I don't want to introduce proviron into my protocol, but I am considering adding in HCG for a LONG duration to see if it helps? I've stopped 100% taking my Arimidex (anastrozole) and trying to let my estrogen levels 'just be' to maybe help increase my SHBG more.
I feel like even with my high level of testosterone, isn't doing me any favors right now as I have ZERO drive for the gym or in the bedroom. So something isn't clicking.
My Question.
Has anybody here struggled with Erection Dysfunction issues with a lower end SHBG? I don't know if this is the EXACT culprit or if my HPTA axis is just absolutely trashed from brain to testicles and that is causing a lack of sex drive/ED. I've debated coming off TRT for a long duration as well. My semen volume is definitely much smaller than it was in the past. So I'm wondering if a HCG protocol would be smart here? I've read that you don't want to stay on HCG for more than 30 days.
Just looking for guidance in this question a bit. Anybody here permanently on HCG with their TRT? What about clomid?
