Grass fed whey

first off you don't need a protein powder to build muscle.. that is probably the #1 biggest myth that guys believe.. you can thank BILLIONS$$$ in marketing that makes you believe that ..

having said that if you must choose a whey protein you probably won't find a good one at walmart or GNC.. read the ingredients, check the label.. if it has garbage in it then avoid.. it should also be an ISO.. very important. n2bm sells a good protein whey which has like 6 ingredients and isn't sweetened with garbage like HFCS
 
Actually, one is seriously more expensive and no more effective than the other. Guess which one.

At best (and I mean at best) the only POTENTIAL benefit is supposedly in slightly higher healthy fats in the grass fed. I remain to be convinced that it's in anyway meaningfully useful.

the grass fed whey's i have seen are actually concentrate so in that respect it is misleading for sure.. people need to read the actual ingredients, not just the labels/macros which are very misleading and not helpful.
 
I stopped drinking protein shakes. I prefer to just eat real food. I see people slamming shakes because they fear they don't get enough protein in for muscle growth. This is a lie that the supplement companies have you believing. You don't need nearly as much protein as guys will tell you.
 
I always recommend grass fed whey over regular whey. Much better for the environment and better for you
 
If your budget allows definitely go with the grass fed one. It has greater nutritional value and it 's also better for the environment.

The one I used was absolutely delicious. I got the unflavored and mixed it with milk and it had a very pleasant creamy taste. I actually looked forward to drinking my shakes.
