you should not NEED a fiber supplement if you have a healthy gut and eat properly

the problem is so many people eat horribly wrong and face much digestion issues. meal frequency should be 2-3X per day.. not 6-8X per day. no animal on earth who has our type of stomach eats that many times, yet we are taught to do that by the food companies. you feed a dog or cat that many times and they will come take them from you for abusing them
 
A good quality greens supplement will contain some dietary fibre but it's not the same thing as a fiber supplement.

A greens supplement might contain like 2-3g of fiber. Pretty small amount
 
Psyllium husk is basically pure fibre. If you need fibre then it is the best choice. Raw fruits and veggies would be a better choice for pure fibre than a greens powder.
