Hi this is my first time posting on this thread and there's a lot of ground to cover as I am extremely lost right now and need some help. I am currently age 27, 5'7, and weigh 132 lbs. So a little bit of background, I am passionate about transforming my body and bringing it to the next level and would like to be enhanced. There was a period where I was extremely locked in on my diet and training and was doing for a year through a bulk and a cut cycle. None the less there was progress but natural progression was extremely slow. Here are my pictures around 2022 when this happened. First picture is when i bulked up to 155-160 and last picture was cut down to 130.Mind you I had a coach to guide me through this process:
However, after 2022 I proceeded to go on my second bulk and when I did that that was when everything started going wrong. I was getting extremely bad gut issues despite probiotics, digestive enzymes, fiber, etc. I became extremely constipated and was having difficulty pooping which also affected my ability to eat and consume food as I was not able to defecate as much. This led me to quit bodybuilding in order to figure out what was wrong with my body and gut issues.
Fast forward to now 2025 after many years it seems to be that my constipation issues have resolved but it turns out I would need to eat a lot of fiber. Sometimes psillium husk does not work as well so I mainly have to obtain fiber from whole food sources like oats, lentils, fruit, vegetables, etc. So after figuring that out I decided to go back on a bulk to test the waters with my gut issues. I started at 118 lbs and got up to 132 lbs and is stalling while eating 3200 calories a day. I always had extremely fast metabolism and it seems that 3200 calories is my maintenance. However, eating 3200 calories while having fiber 60+ is extremely hard for me. It seems that if i do not have at least 15g of fiber for 1000 calories I consume, I get extremely constipated. My question is, is it possible to bulk past this calorie limit while having extremely high fiber or would I have to have another work around? It seems that my dreams to become jacked and fit is slowly falling apart as I am not able to bulk properly and efficiently but now that I have a solution by eating a shit ton of fiber, I have hope in finally pursuing my dreams to be jacked again. This time I was planning on being enhanced as I wasted a lot of years trying to figure out my gut issues. I have been studying a bit on PED's but I may need help looking over blood work and seeing what blood work I may need. My blood work is attached and it seems to be that my blood work is usually on the healthy side. Please let me know if there are any problems with it. My plans with PED's is to be relatively safe while being able to make good gains. I want to be able to get abs and more size fast while still being able to live to like 75- 80 years old. Please let me know what y'all think about all this and if everything is able to work out? If after taking your guys advice and everything basically gives me the green light to go, I plan on hopping on a 300mg testosterone cycle in order to test the water with PED's while making gains. I do also want to maintain my fertility and will be using HCG so please let me know what you guys think about all this and if i should go down this path.
