Hi this is my first time posting on this thread and there's a lot of ground to cover as I am extremely lost right now and need some help. I am currently age 27, 5'7, and weigh 132 lbs. So a little bit of background, I am passionate about transforming my body and bringing it to the next level and would like to be enhanced. There was a period where I was extremely locked in on my diet and training and was doing for a year through a bulk and a cut cycle. None the less there was progress but natural progression was extremely slow. Here are my pictures around 2022 when this happened. First picture is when i bulked up to 155-160 and last picture was cut down to 130.Mind you I had a coach to guide me through this process:

However, after 2022 I proceeded to go on my second bulk and when I did that that was when everything started going wrong. I was getting extremely bad gut issues despite probiotics, digestive enzymes, fiber, etc. I became extremely constipated and was having difficulty pooping which also affected my ability to eat and consume food as I was not able to defecate as much. This led me to quit bodybuilding in order to figure out what was wrong with my body and gut issues.

Fast forward to now 2025 after many years it seems to be that my constipation issues have resolved but it turns out I would need to eat a lot of fiber. Sometimes psillium husk does not work as well so I mainly have to obtain fiber from whole food sources like oats, lentils, fruit, vegetables, etc. So after figuring that out I decided to go back on a bulk to test the waters with my gut issues. I started at 118 lbs and got up to 132 lbs and is stalling while eating 3200 calories a day. I always had extremely fast metabolism and it seems that 3200 calories is my maintenance. However, eating 3200 calories while having fiber 60+ is extremely hard for me. It seems that if i do not have at least 15g of fiber for 1000 calories I consume, I get extremely constipated. My question is, is it possible to bulk past this calorie limit while having extremely high fiber or would I have to have another work around? It seems that my dreams to become jacked and fit is slowly falling apart as I am not able to bulk properly and efficiently but now that I have a solution by eating a shit ton of fiber, I have hope in finally pursuing my dreams to be jacked again. This time I was planning on being enhanced as I wasted a lot of years trying to figure out my gut issues. I have been studying a bit on PED's but I may need help looking over blood work and seeing what blood work I may need. My blood work is attached and it seems to be that my blood work is usually on the healthy side. Please let me know if there are any problems with it. My plans with PED's is to be relatively safe while being able to make good gains. I want to be able to get abs and more size fast while still being able to live to like 75- 80 years old. Please let me know what y'all think about all this and if everything is able to work out? If after taking your guys advice and everything basically gives me the green light to go, I plan on hopping on a 300mg testosterone cycle in order to test the water with PED's while making gains. I do also want to maintain my fertility and will be using HCG so please let me know what you guys think about all this and if i should go down this path. You need to learn how to train and eat properly before using drugs. You look like you never seen the inside of a gym. You can take all the drugs you want but if diet and training are not on point your gonna be in the same position except with fucked up hormones.

Congrats on a very well detailed, articulate and well thought out first post to start a log here. You're on the right forum to get yourself in check.
As for the digestion and other issues we have experts on that here like @stevesmi that can guide you through that if psyllium isn't helping. I recommend Digest Gold which is on amazon and apple cider vinegar just to try out and see.

I applaud you for your goals and your base at 130 looks better than your own version of bulked up.

First off, I wouldn't just blindly start running steroids at your age until we get a log going for you with all your info (see "how to log" below). I would also entirely avoid HCG on cycle and get yourself learned and knowledgeable about your PCT because you still want the option to have kids at your age and not nuke your HPTA.

At your age your priorities should be to educate and get the following entirely dialed in running on all cylinders as a general guide.

  1. PCT (after steroid usage how can you come off in a healthy way to get your natural test and hormones back up and running)
  2. Diet (we have to see you have this dialed in with macros and calories for at least 6 months)
  3. Training (we need to make sure you're training is consistent and proper first for 6 months)
  4. Steroids (then, if you trust this forum which you should, we will get you squared away for an 8-week trial run to assist)
Almost all people new to this niche want to do the above list backwards and want to the reflection to impress them overnight. Give it time. Get a log going and let us help you decide on a cycle based on your goals but first get your PCT planned, and your diet and training on point before we add in PED to "enhance" your diet and training results which aren't firing on all cylinders just yet.

Accountability, pride, and consistency all which lead to RESULTS!



Authoring a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread using a full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
It will take 15-20 minutes max.
We have 100's of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight, height, age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

ok yea my bad on the bump 😅.Also im very well aware I do not look like I work out much but it is just that even with bulking and tracking and cutting my progress is extremely slow compared to my peers for some reason... maybe genetics? but I'll definitely start a log to show you how much information that I do understand about this world and to see if we can maybe speed it up with PED's. maybe sooner... i guess I should of hopped in on this forum faster as I would now have to wait another 6 months for advice? nonetheless I will start a log. thank you everyone :)

Drugs are not a short cut. If your progress is slow it's because something is missing with diet/training. Drugs are a very small piece of the equation.
I would focus on getting your diet/training on point and building a solid base. You currently have no base. Drugs may rent you some size while your on them but with little to no base you will be in the same position or worse after you come off.
Get a log going so we can help you get going in the right direction and prep you for AAS later down the line. This is not a sprint. Building a physique takes time. A lot of us on here started using gear in our later 30's and early 40's. I would suggest you doing the same.
 
@s.gentz Yeah I totally understand your standpoint and where you are coming from. But the thing is, this is not just an irrational decision of mine. I have been wanting to do this for years too and its not just like hey lets hop on a cycle for fun and see the gains. Im ready to commit if needed to for life and I waited years for my body's hormones and HPTA axis to develop before even thinking about using steroids. It's fustrating for me because I feel like I am doing things properly but I see my peers and others grow without even having to put in much work... I know steroids I can start with a basic cycle of 300 mg test and just play it safe while growing. Let me know if I'm missing something here(just did my first log right now) but its just sad seeing others grow while myself have to put in so much work just to get not as good results. If you guys need me to log and commit for I'll do it but Im really on the edge of wanting to start adding steroids to speed up the process. I am just hoping I will get full support with this and guidance while this happens. Please let me know what you think about this and thank you for your advice and I really appreciate your honesty in this!

Actually you will get daily advice here from multiple experts and veterans the more you're dedicated to your log and you not getting advice wasn't at all what I said. What I said regarding 6 months is quoted below and was regarding advising you specifically on a steroid cycle once your diet and training and strength base is maximized as best you can. It was not an in general you're not getting advice for 6 months.

The reference to 6 months is either you let us know in detail what your last 6 months has been like using all the info required from the log or you start fresh and we follow you for 6 months (maybe shorter maybe longer that depends on you) in order to build off a base of natural strength and natural mass that you've put on and then hitting it with a designed steroid cycle for you once we know all your numbers. This is how steroids work best.

Having said that, that isn't my only advice it's just my BEST advice to you right now.

If you insist on running a cycle and going as fast at this as you seem to want to you won't get turned away here at all and we can suggest the best advice for you in that case if you choose to not go what I would argue is your 'best route'. Either way whatever route you choose you will be supported here with the best advice from start to finish. And now that you're just starting that is my best advice right now in this moment without you having committed to a cycle yet. Remember the best order to educate yourself in:

1. PCT
2. Diet
3. Training
4. Steroids

Natties can just worry about 2 & 3.

You’re an adult. We will support you in whatever decision you make. We just want to make sure you have all the info you need to make a solid decision.

The brothers have got you covered legend. As suggested get a log happening to paint a better picture for us. Need to fix your digestion issues first, this is super important. If you can eat more you cant grow more.
Then the boys will help you fine tune your training and after these two are in place the vets will help you with your cycle.

@HarleyGuy ill follow your advice and do more research regarding PCT. From what I know its just really clomid and HCG when coming off of cycle but I'm not sure if I ever have plans to cycle off unless something is going completely wrong. Will do more research on PCT as my knowledge is still very little in terms of PED's. Posted my first log and waiting for that to get approved but once you guys can see it I'll take the advice there and then make a final decision whether to hop on or not.

Once again thank you guys for being supportive and guiding me to the right direction and keeping it real with me. I really respect the transparency especially since most of you guys are veterans when it comes to this. Thank you and glad to have you guys by my side :)
 
Bro well done on the post - but you need to build a good base before getting onto PED's because anything you gain will be lost 'renting muscle' does not work without a strong base.
Basically - eat big, train heavy and consistently - get a log going - a log doesn't mean there has to be PED's in it - there are a lot of factors.
