How do you take GW? There's different sights with different administering methods? Which is the best ?

I just have a few questions about GW 501516 and what some forums say online can be completely different from each other so I'm asking what you guys think/do

1. How do you take GW? There's different sights with different administering methods. I'm looking at the stuff and it's in a glass bottle with a plastic plunger on top
Of the bottle. Do you take it with food or water ? Or just straight? And I'm assuming it's oral administration

2. Where and how do you want to store open/closed GW.
