I am going into my fourth week of my cycle and have started to notice signs of gyno in my left nipple. Its getting kind of annoying and I don't really want any type of growths to occur so I've been taking arimidex at 1mg ED for this whole week. It hasn't gotten worse but it hasn't gotten any better. I'm wondering if I can run my nolvadex while running my adex and if so at how much a day. Unless I'm just being too overly concerned with my first signs of gyno considering this my first cycle. I greatly appreciate any help that can be given! Thank you!

So what does your bloodwork say? Where are your estrogen levels?

As a bandaid you could run some nolvadex but its not a fix you really need bloodwork and see whats going on.

Hoping that your AI is good as I have no idea how much gear you are running but 1mg ED of arimidex should crash your estrogen unless you are very estrogen sensitive and you are taking a bunch of aromatizing compounds like test, dbol, etc

I would assume he didn't. And now that he is already in his 4th week of the cycle and gear is slowly starting to kick in that's when the sides are gonna pop up as well.

if you let estrogen get out of control, it is going to be too late in most situations to just throw adex at it

you need to stop putting stuff in your body

Well unfortunately you wre fighting an uphill battle now that you let it spiral out of control. Your ai should have been dosed from day one.

you need to switch to aromasin and likely find a new source as well... nolvadex is NOT an ai.. it will block estrogen for the time being but once you stop taking it then it will just come right back... aromasin will actually kill off the estrogen... thats what you need...

Yeah for me aromasin this way more Superior then Arimidex. But they both do get the job done. But I do agree that the aromasin will kill out the estrogen better

Get aromasin, maybe even get some letro on hand as backup.
