I'd like to hear from you guys that have used or have knowledge of how to use HGH for long distance endurance. I know the dosages are low, but what is the run time? How long before you feel/see results?
Also, is there anythin that is good to run with it?
So far, I've been happy with low dose Test only for endurance, but I'm very curiouse about trying HGH.
the way HGH helps endurance isn't the way people think. it will actually improve recovery in between sessions, that is why long distance guys use it. the key is using it long enough to get through that water retention phase that some people get and to yes keep the dosage low
i suggest HGH + cardarine. you can hit me up for codes to both to save $$$
its not going to have a direct effect on endurance... steve pointed out the indirect effect but it wont be like gw501516, which increases our vo2max in such a major way and has that direct effect on improving it
