I'm running HGH right now and I'm about to hop on a 600mg/week Test E cycle and I was wondering how people's appetites have changed with Test? Right now my appetite is whatever, I can eat 2500-3000 calories but only if I force myself (I also don't have a lot of time cause of school and work). Just wondering what experiences people have had with Test and their appetite? Appreciate the input!

My appetite increased substantially, when I run orals my appetite is non existent.

If you’ve had trouble in the past, HGH should definitely help with appetite to get that cal count up.

The fact of the matter is that if you are trying to bulk up you will need to more than your baseline caloric requirements. No amount of gear or training is going to grow your muscles if you don't give your body sufficient calories/fuel to grow. I am resigned to the fact I simply can't and don't want to force myself to eat 3000+ calories a day so I am happy with growing at a much slower rate and trying to get as lean as comfortably possible.

You've gotta set some reasonable goals and try to hit them. HGH will increase your appetite very slightly...if at all.

Out of curiosity, how much of a surplus do you eat in? I feel the same way as you about eating 3000 calories a day. And what have you had success with in terms as growing slower from a caloric surplus perspective?

I am eating 2700 cal's a day which is 200 more than my theoretical baseline. I tend to eat pretty clean and absolutely no junk or sugar so the gains I picked up are lean muscle. I also don't hold much if any water. Nothing crazy....when I run the math, I added 13 lbs of muscle on this last cycle and killed 19 lbs of fat...the fat reduction was the impressive part for me. All this time, my body weight stayed in the 176-181 range the entire time. Now I have veins in my chest, shoulders and upper thighs...that's a first for me!

That vascularity is killer bro. Curious what math you did to get the 2500 baseline?

I used one of the online BMR calculators. Punch in you stats and that should give you a surprisingly accurate estimate of your base caloric requirements. https://www.*****************/fun/bmr_calculator.htm

Once I had this number, I then added allowances for my physical activity level. The calculator says that I need 1800 calories a day to survive...LOL....this would be the calories needed literally if I just layed in bed and never moved an inch all day. There are a bunch of these types of calculators online...mess around with them and have fun.
