i know that HGH is hard to detect after a day, however i also know they have really updated the way they test for things so if they want to catch you they will.

having said that most leagues don't want to catch you. WWE for example not only warns you they are gonna test, but you have to fail 3x in a row. it is more of a way to satisfy the government than actually enforce this

If you are asking about clearance times with respect to drug testing, that's anyone's guess. The dirty little secret in sports HGH testing is that they currently don't have an accurate and repeatable way of testing for HGH. This is why you never or rarely see athletes busted for HGH use.
