You need to take it 1.5hrs before a workout for it to be supposedly at a level that would create some type of benefit. Personally I haven't seen much difference in dosing times but more the fact my overall physique is alot better since staying on hgh.What’s ur thoughts on taking pre workout?

I’m starting on HGH after 12 months off, will utilise the protocol you mentioned as fluid retention was an issue last run and I believe it was all dose related as came in high dose from day one.Yeah I started at 4iu and the fat loss definitely works at that dose. The inky reason you start lower and titrate up is to try and prevent the sudden fluid build up but this.will dissipate after 2 or 3 weeks anyway.

What about post workout as opposed to pre-bedtime?Depends on what your aim is. The is a slight advantage to using it in the morning for fasted cardio to aid in fat loss. But alot of people use up to 4iu before bed then anything over that they start splitting the dose. Myself 4iu before bed then 2iu before workout.

I have done as much research as I can on the 5 on 2 off. And the thoughts were clear. This was only because of affordability. Which I totally understand.
