Honey capsules

They sell these honey capsules in the store which are like soft on the inside and hard on the outside. Almost like candy but it contains honey when you crack through the harder outside and you can suck on it like cough drops. This stuff seems to soothe my throat when I get sick. What do you think about using this stuff while I jog in the cold air outside?

Just buy the raw honey and eat it with a spoon, much easier and I bet cheaper too.

There are a bunch of at home remedies that can work for soothing the throat. Most of them do contain honey so it makes sense.
