Hi guys not long off finishing my second cycle and I know most say take time on + pct before next cycle but I know this is not always the case but not many like to admit it I'm thinking about giving it 8 weeks what's you views guys always appreciated
The sooner you start a cycle after ending another, the less gains you will get on the next.....that is fact because of myostatin levels in the body. So you basically just fuck yourself by starting too early (Nevermind the health and HPTA complications). Myostatin takes a good 10-12 weeks to bring back to baseline. If you could just keep gaining by cycling then everyone would look like MR Olympia in no time. Use your head and take the proper time off, or else it's a waste of gear and on your health in general
So you advocate an 'all-or-nothing' approach? In early 20s? That is a long time to be dependent on a synthetic replacement for something you could've kept producing naturally with a little more common sense. An inferior amount/mg of testosterone that is suppose to perform ALLL of the SAME functions the synthetic test was i.e. build/maintain the same amount of lbm, athletic performance, etc... doesnt make sense to me. If your only guna do 1 or 2 cycles a year that are 8wks a piece u mine as well stay natty...
Definately not all or nothing...blasting and cruising big dog and its not for everyone. Like i said previously u need to be honest with yourself and know what u want and what ur trying to acheive. Like an athlete for example who only does a 3month cycle outta the yr during the off season. Well unless ur trying to speed up the recovery of an injury with peptides/growth/sarms why do a cycle of AAS' that will increase your performance to a point u will never be able to reach naturally during the season of your sport. And you probably will injure yourself trying to do so. U need to know what your hormone levels are like naturally, if your deficent or a high producer of test or if u have any pre-existing conditions that mite complicate the use of aas. If u can afford this LIFESTLYE and sustain it long term without worry. So you advocate an 'all-or-nothing' approach? In early 20s? Anyone dependent on anything is sol if they ever can't get their meds. That's a hell of a collar to voluntarily put around your neck...
I like the however long you're on is how long you should rest. Is that always the case? Probably not, but it is a good protocol to build a schedule off of.
yes & no. its a very good idea to go off of, but does not need to be followed to the Tee.
Bloodwork would be the true telling. 10-11wks is going to be needed if you ran a 12-14-16 cycle or longer. if you did something like 8-10wks you could **potentially** get away with maybe 7, but that would be based off the fact you did some bloodwork showing your GTG and there's no real reason not to go back on.
Hi guys I know I should have got full cycle in one go but if I can't get hold of nolva would clomid be ok alone as pct ?

Remember, just because you T went up, doesn;t mean it's stabilized. If you go on another cycle too soon you make it that much harder to recover form the next , and the next one. That's why it's impossible for so many guys to make gains unless they're on. People have gotten used it, but that shouldn't be. And if they just used NTBM BRIDGE they'd realize the transition wouldmbe a lot easier.
