Hey guys i have been having some inflammtion in my knees. do any of you guys know a good anti inflammatory better than IBprofen, Aspiren and tylenol? is so what is it and where can i get it from. I have been looking on some sites but i dont know if they are legit siites or not. Thanks guys.

Yo why are you getting rid of the inflammation ?? This is silly... unless you have some disease of arthritis in knees where you need these drugs as it’s something that cannot heal and gives you troubles and discomfort.

bingo

and i see people do this mistake all the time. inflammation is your body trying to support and repair the issue, taking something to stop the inflammation is only going to cause more damage cause you will feel like you can keep lifting. these joint issues need to be nursed with rest, not with drugs, otherwise it will become chronic (and sounds like you are already there)

I'd just let it heal up, and stop doing any activity that aggravates it

If you want to go to the doctor try and request a mri both knees if you want to go to the doctor. As if you go and not ask all the doctor will be like here some ibuprofen and take 5 weeks off and see what happens.thats shit. So if you go to the doctor try and get an mri to see what the problem really is! Also how flexible are your legs?? If your legs are very tight give them a stretch nearly everyday at least 2 sets of 45 secOnds static hold per muscle.. also how weak are your glutes and hip flexors? If they are very weak there is also your problem to weak and tight muscles = more tension on the joints ligaments whatever. Had the same problems in my knees and now they are gone but this was like patella tendon pain in both.. also got a handful of golf ball size swellings couple years ago in knee a lot to

Also do you do a lot of leg extensions? Like the quad extensions sitting down. If you do then the could be the big problem giving you inflamed knees
