Seems it's like ghrelin in the body that's why people get so hungry. It likely mimics it.

Peptides best subQ but you can IM them in the shoulder.

I use GHRP 6 because i like it more and i inject 2x day , of course if you can inject before each meal you will be hungry always . Great peptide
