Hello, respected admin and moderators of this forum. I don't know where to post my 1st post so I decided for myself. My name is Paul and I'm 31, 5"10 in height, weighing 110 pounds or 49-50 kilos only. Oh man I'm so skinny. I want to gain weight.
 
Try your damndest to be a large frequent eater.

Welcome bro, start counting cals, pile in as much as u can. Get some gainer powder like serious mass or whatever , adding a table spoon of olive oil can add 120 cals easily.. It can be done bro, stay consistent

At 5 10 you should be able to get in the 180lb range naturally but it's going to take time. Like everyone said get your nutrition right and stay consistent with both nutrition and training.

I'm assuming you have no prior training, just starting to train?

being very lean as you are is NOT a bad thing!!

I would rather someone have all that room to bulk then trying to get an overweight person to cut down

simply put you need to start eating like a normal person your height. there isn't any other way around it man!

right now you are probably in a severe calorie deficit.. probably getting 1500 less than you need to get just to be at maintenance.

easy for some to say but hard for me, but anyway I'll try my best to change my routine and take some advice you got for me. Thanks for your responses
