I wanted to know if it was a fact or a myth that roid rage takes place because of AAS. Let me know what you guys think.
there are plenty of dudes who rage all the time who never touched steroids.. just youtube roid rage
can steroids make a hothead worse? yes i believe it can for sure.
i've gotten into arguments with people plenty, but i know to walk away. that takes maturity, so whether i use steroids or not that is what i do. if you want to rage take it out in the gym, not on people

If someone's as asshole, roids will make it more so.
I seem to have a shorter fuse when I'm on.
I can say the same about one buddy of mine. Not sure exactly what gear he was on, but he was flying home one day and while going through airport metal scanner, it beeped, they asked him to remove his belt and walk through again, it beeped again and they asked his to remove something else. He stripped naked and walked through it. Got arrested. lol

i take it he is canadian. sounds like something a canadian would do. they are pretty goofy. he probably spent 2 hours in the clink and they let him out and gave him 1000 hours community service right?

Here's the watered down reason of the myth/reality around roid rage. From my understanding it's not actually the testosterone increase that causes it. Sure Test makes you more aggressive, but it's the estrogen levels that get too high when your blood levels of T drop. The Estrogen becomes higher than the Testosterone and hence the term. So if you're always chasing that T level in the right zone then yes, it will cause ups and downs aka roid rage. That's how it was explained to me by a doctor. But as everyone here said, if you're predisopositioned to be an asshole prior to steroids, you're going to be a bigger asshole on them.

I think the shorter fuse might be attributed to aggression and confidence while on Test. Not necessarily roid rage, which I believe is more emotional, unfounded, hormonal ups and downs. For me, although I may be slightly more aggressive, I'm actually calmer on Test as a whole. I pin on Friday's for my TRT. I notice by Wednesday is when I may get a little "testy" pun intended.
I'm probably more chilled on. The normal ups and downs off may well be a good idea. From what I've seen it's often been a weak ass defense in court.
