Learning for first cycle

Hello, my name is zack im 21 from Canada, I'm looking to start my first TRT C cycle seen https://oxygenpharmcanada.is/ posted at the top of evo are they trusted? Also, is it better to take 150-200mg a week for life or 250-400mg cycle? Also, what would I do for PCT, like what would I need to take, and how long after before i start pct

Your questions are very loaded and there's lots to unpack regarding TRT vs. a cycle and including PCT. Why don't we start with you confirming your age - I've sent you a DM.

Not what you want to do, TRT is ideally for those who cannot make enough testosterone to be well. However, this dose typically does get you higher than a normal biological amount of testosterone. So you would be enhanced, but not by a whole lot. Less risk of side effects, but they do still happen.
250-400mg cycle?
This or more, once you are advanced. You want to be reasonably close to your natural plateau to take advantage of your cycles and lose less while you are off cycle.
Also, what would I do for PCT,
Many different pct protocols exist. I have never pct before, so I can’t speak to it.

Once you’re verified, you should start a log. That’ll get you dialed in and get a lot of conversation going about your best path.
Your first priority is bloodwork so you know where you are starting at

I think you should learn training and diet first before considering cycling and TRT at 21!

still trying to make the diet I've been lifting for a little while, but I can maybe post some pics here soon. I'm small rn tho also I was doing 5g

CREATINE MONOHYDRATE but want to upgrade to something to imporve how i am and look so trt woud be next im doing 10g now tho and thanks for responding also are u guys 100% https://oxygenpharmcanada.is/ has good trt becasue i was also looking at privatesource canada dont know whos is better tho​

do you know what youre natural testosterone levels are?

There's no point adding peds until youre diet and training are really good, the best thing you can do right now is aquire help and knowledge so that if you do decide in the future yo add peds, you can do it right.

You need to know this, otherwise you are going to waste your time, potentially mess up your health, and you'll say that no one warned you.

There's lots of help for you here to achieve your goals 💪

There's no point adding peds until youre diet and training are really good, the best thing you can do right now is aquire help and knowledge so that if you do decide in the future yo add peds, you can do it right.

You need to know this, otherwise you are going to waste your time, potentially mess up your health, and you'll say that no one warned you.

Theres no safe way to do this, you can minimize your risks with proper education (and by using appropriate amounts like you suggest), but you do run the risk of reducing, or shutting off your natural production permanently, and becoming infertile.

And respectfully, if you dont know your natural levels, you have no business messing with this stuff. 150mg per week might not even boost your levels at your age.

Do you see the problems here?

I wouldn’t even start planning doses yet. 150/wk an even going to do much. You’re 21. If you’re going to take PEDs, you need to know how to eat correctly and have the discipline and lifestyle to do it consistently, so you should lock that in first. If your job or school causes you to miss meals or eat crap, then you’re already compromised and you need to crack that code. Get that right first. For at least a few months. Then, maybe your testosterone is low, or maybe it’s high, probably somewhere in the middle. 150/week could replace the testosterone you do have with barely even more. This will cause your hormones to stop production for no reason, and every time you do that, there’s a good chance they won’t come back as strong as they were. You are young. It’s much more critical that you get this right because you’ll be living with the results for your whole life. And you’re in the right place to do that.

Look through the logs here. You’ll see some that maybe match your goals. See what they eat, see how they sleep. Use them as a model for success. You’re embarking on a journey, how to you want the story to read later in life? That you have a half hearted effort for a half hearted goal, and still failed? Or… you took the example of successful people, gave it your best effort, and that’s how you achieved success? Those are your two roads going forward, and that’s where they lead to💪

Kinda but i do plan to get bloods done first before even starting just looking for my source first also i understand all risks i was thinking about doing peptides but seen some of the things it was linked to and kinda bad but yeah i plan to do bloods first get diet good and make sure im doing everything right that's why i poasted also thanks for the replies and help

That's smart, dont put the cart before the horse, and like someone else mentioned, find someone on here to copy, read their logs, see how they eat and train, and if you have questions dont be scared to resch out, everyone here wants to help

Good question! That’s very low. If you’re working out you should need significantly more than that. But I don’t know what exactly is right for you, we are all very different. I’m not very big, currently 185 pounds. But I eat 4200-4900 calories a day Because I’m often very active. If you start a log, we can see what you’re eating and determine what you need to grow without getting fat

ok thanks how do i start a log just post picks of me here and post blood work ? still kinda new to evo dont know if theres a form or i just post it here also thanks for the reply and help

Excellent! I’m not Canadian, so I’m not familiar with how you’ll get your bloodwork or what measurements are used there. But you’ll need to know

Free testosterone
Total testosterone
Shbg
Estradiol (E2)
Prolactin would be good
Complete blood count

That’s a bare minimum
 
You should get at least a full hormone panel, including testosterone l, free testosterone, shbg, estradiol, and all the other hormone things on there
Ok thanks ill do that first also whats the other things because im not 100% sure of everything to ask for when i go to doctor and trying to make sure i get this right i plan to go about this as safe as i can also thanks so much for the reply

Good question @toddthelineman, and yes he's 21 currently.
