I wouldn’t even start planning doses yet. 150/wk an even going to do much. You’re 21. If you’re going to take PEDs, you need to know how to eat correctly and have the discipline and lifestyle to do it consistently, so you should lock that in first. If your job or school causes you to miss meals or eat crap, then you’re already compromised and you need to crack that code. Get that right first. For at least a few months. Then, maybe your testosterone is low, or maybe it’s high, probably somewhere in the middle. 150/week could replace the testosterone you do have with barely even more. This will cause your hormones to stop production for no reason, and every time you do that, there’s a good chance they won’t come back as strong as they were. You are young. It’s much more critical that you get this right because you’ll be living with the results for your whole life. And you’re in the right place to do that.
Look through the logs here. You’ll see some that maybe match your goals. See what they eat, see how they sleep. Use them as a model for success. You’re embarking on a journey, how to you want the story to read later in life? That you have a half hearted effort for a half hearted goal, and still failed? Or… you took the example of successful people, gave it your best effort, and that’s how you achieved success? Those are your two roads going forward, and that’s where they lead to
