Lessons Learned...

NY REBEL

New member
Team,
We have an incredible amount of knowledge on this board. From nutritional information, training programs, cycling advice, supplementation guidance, etc.

What I've come to see however, is in many situations, if there is a member in need of help, many of the answers are readily available from us, but they may have asked too late, maybe didn't realize they even had a question, may be in what could have been an easily avoidable situation.

So, trying to be proactive, rather then reactive, I wanted to start a thread on our lessons learned, from any of these aspects. This could be a quick reference, and help others maybe learn more tricks of the trade, without finding out the hard way on there own...

So let's see it... What's some of your best lessons learned!?

I'll start..

1. If you decide to begin a cycle, make absolutely sure, you have every single item you will, or might possibly need, in your possession, before you consider starting. Including, the product you desire to use (full quantity) full support (N2Guard, etc) adequate ancillaries (AI, caber, etc) and full PCT. (follow the perfect pct program)

What's the evo communities lessons learned? maybe we can help others..

Bloods are important.

Orals are mostly shit except pre contest. Results are short lived

Drugs can't help a shit diet.

Great thread!

I was in a similar situation, had a bunch of stuff lined up for my first cycle. I thought I had everything planned out the right way, come to find out I was wrong of course.

Wound up miscalculating the AIs I had on hand. And what do you know, Mrs. Gyno appears. I had to scramble on the trading thread in order to pick up some more Aromasin and Letro (just in case).

It was pretty bad, but LESSON LEARNED for sure!

Research. Research. Research. Know what your putting in your body. For my first cycle I completely listened to what someone else was telling me to do. Educate yourself. Get feedback from experienced users not someone who is just copying and pasting info they found on Google.

Good one! Know exactly what your dealing with!

I've got one. Not a lesson but my own experience. Don't go crazy with early cycles or use very high doses. Find out how your own body reacts to substances first. Then go big after knowing you'll do OK on said drugs. Do research and then even more. As vets questions that have been in the game longer.

Great point.. People jump in mega doses expecting immediate results.. Not taking in account the safety risk.

Very great point made. That's where alot of guys go wrong, wanting the make the jump from novice to expert in their first run.

That's the formula for destruction

I have found i dont need to run nearly as high of compounds as people suggests to see results.

I have also learned that you just can trust everyone in a ugl black market.

Very true.. Need due diligence

This 1 Point can not be Stressed Enough.
I just corrected a Guy on my Facebook Page yesterday.

He had 2 Different possible "1st Cycle" layouts.
One a Bigger Disaster than the other, with 3 Compounds and No AI.
On 1 Cycle he wanted to Run "Dbol & Deca & Test"
On the other He wanted to Run "High Test & Deca & Tren".

I had to fight the Urge to Lay into him.
Plus, on Facebook it's hard to type out things Concisely......................................... JP

don't go into a cycle if:

1. you have existing health issues
2. have existing gyno or sensitivity
3. don't have everything on hand including extra's just in case something goes wrong
4. you aren't already in top shape and conditioning (mean muscle conditioning)
5. are still figuring out how to train or eat
6. aren't being consistent in your lifestyle
7. have blood work so you know your baselines

I learned the hard way and got a lump under left nipple. I took advice from a friend and he said nolva is all you will need during cycle and for pct. Boy was he wrong. Guys gyno sucks so please be prepared before hand. Thanks

Ouch! Your definitely right...

Another lesson was high blood pressure(ny knoelws the danger of BP) so keep watch cause it can kill you. Do BLOOD WORK...!!!!!

Absolutely...

I've learned many lessons in this game/lifestyle. Most of them are self-correcting and have worked themselves out with experience i.e. diet, training, and cycling.

But the one that has hurt me the worst that I'm finally getting through my thick skull is to be weary of your own trust in someone who is never in the same room as you. Who will never look you in the eye. The benefit of the doubt, has led me to mostly doubt.

Oh, and I don't trust RC companies for shit. Anything labeled for "research" or "not for human consumption" is an instant alibi to make garbage.

Definitely need to be careful about who, and what you "trust"

Awesome thread.
Ask questions. Even if it's dumb and you know your going to catch hell for it, ask it and take the smack talk. Eventually someone will help you in some form.

I LEARNED THE ONLY THING YOU CAN TRUST ABOUT SOMEONE YOU DONT KNOW IS THAT THEY WILL ALWAYS DO WHATS IN THIER BEST INTEREST.......

And also that save friends for work and everyday life, with this mentality you may spot a true friend much easier as your heart will tell you so, not THIER words which have no weight. There are those exceptions.....

follow your gut and not the MONEY 😇

Solid..... Absolutely

when buying gear from a well established source...MAKE SURE THE EMAIL / CONTACT INFO IS ACCURATE...not an impostor with a slightly altered email address...they prey on noobs often via PM.

As others have stated, please do your OWN research. Had I listened to the first person I talked to about running a cycle; I would be in a world of hurt. You can't fix stupid.

I literally took a good three months of constant reading, asking questions online (stupid or not), talking to local guys, etc before buying my first cycle. Listen to the veterans whether you like it or not! Make sure your PCT is on point and you have EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING you could possibly need before you start cycle before you start.

Running a cycle is merely a fast forward button. You eat like shit, sleep like shit and train like shit; you are going to look like shit, faster.

I'm still new to this board but the knowledge here is unreal. This an actual 'community' where everyone is out watching each other's back. Ask questions and share your knowledge.

your friend let you down bigtime. he needs to know that nolva is a SERM, not an AI .. dan duchaine came up with the idea to use nolva back in the 80's because that is all they had access to. today with AI's there is no reason for anyone to advise a person to use a SERM to disable E, just the fact that they are unwilling to modernize their thinking

I ask tons of questions. Hell im always pm'ing Ny but i rather ask than not know for sure.

and bro.. i love it. i love talking to you. its always a pleasure. your a badass!

Another lesson. Tequilla over anything agree with NY. But not a good idea to do it on cycle.

Off topic well kinda drake just taught meek a lesson..

This should be a sticky here. I agree 100% with everything here and most people don't realize this. I know I didn't when I did my first cycle at 18 years old

Believe nothing you hear and half of what you see, stick to that and you'll never get scammed lol.

always listen to your body, if it's saying rest than rest will be the best thing, if not injuries will occur.

How about do your full research on a source. Stop putting all your eggs in one basket. Don't drop 1000 on a first order and then wonder how you got burnt.

Labmax your gear for hormone presence. If there is a fraudulent product communicate it in the correct way for public knowledge.

If you wanna bitch you better back it up with factual evidence.

Labmax only tells if there's even a small trace of the drug, no dosage info?
Like you can have junk var-dbol-winny that still tests positive...

Am I wrong?

I've had amazing Oral cycles with labs people warned me about, and I've had Orals from labs people swear by, with ZERO effects.....

Ahh.. Good one

Always, Always, wrap a wash cloth around your amp, when you are breaking them open! This will save you from nasty cuts to the fingers,
,
If the damn amp busts all to hell, which happens sometimes, even when your very careful! Hard to lift with cut up fingers!! And then there's the explanation to nosy people!

You are correct but it's better than going into it completely blind. Plus, if the test completely fails, good chance you didn't get what you purchased and you can let us evo bros know all about it.

i learn ed that age doesn't mean shit.....i look and feel way better now at 59 than 30 years ago . Bottom line is you can still get better at any age If you put hard work in . Proof ? I competed at the WABBA mr. universe in Finland last november , i placed 7 in the +50 cathegory . All the juddges told me i was probably the most ripped guy on stage , all cathegories included....to me that was worth a trophy

This thread is excellent ! Here's one for beginners and it about Tren. Don't do Tren on your first cycle .....actually don't do anything except research what you want and try alternatives first. AAS aren't miracles in a bottle. .... And read everything posted in this thread !

Right! Lol

Great thread NY!!!!!!

My lessons...
1. Always have everything in advance! Running low mid cycle is a bitch.
2. Plan plan plan... work it out in advance... get advice... read and study... be a student of chemistry.
3. Expect the unexpected... Gear makes us strong... mild injuries happen... be ready for them... plan in advance.... what will you do if that hammie is tweaked? Tender shoulder flares up?
4. Be patient. Good cycles require patience. People tend to see Tren and its impact as all the juice but wow... there are so many ways to get big and strong!
5. Orals have their role but PLAN them... short kickstarts and cycle close outs are the best.
6. Old school pyramid is out. Get those levels up quick and hard.
7. Keep a diary of EVERYTHING! Be a student of your body and reactions to gear.
8. Be patient.
9. Be patient.
10. Be patient. Great things take time!!!!!!!

Awesome thread guys, learning so much and can't wait

Awesome, it's for you guys.. Keep it going.

Awesome these brother,

Do not substitute quality for a good deal. In most cases dirt cheap gear belongs in the dirt. If it cost a few more bucks to get the best then spend the money.

Stick to what works. Most of these new fangled holy grails don't work nearly as well as the old stuff,

Keep it fucking simple. Test, deca for off season. Leave the tren, mast prop and orals for competitions.

Lots of whole food and sleep.

Bro . These kids hop on this stuff and have no idea.. Right? Screwing themselves.

Just wanna say thanks to all the guys posting in this! I have read every page and its helping me with my decision on my first cycle!

I would have been luck using one of those crazy straws the kids get at the amusement parks LOL..... I change everytime from draw to pin........they are cheap enough to burn through em

Exactly.. Not worth the penny lol

Reason enough right here.. Use new pins!!

I wish more people would recognize this....when I was first starting an older guy told me most basic PIP stories are used needles and bad injects- but everyone blames the gear...

Seriously I tried it with a 25g, and in the delt was like pushing through leather. Ugh. Lesson learned!!

Gf learned me one lesson .. I am pinning quad with 22 g and I am always like why do you attack it so fast ... she did pin me yesturday slowy ... omg ... leasson F****** learned hahahah , most painful injection ever

I used Jab slow.. Now I throw it like a dart lol

I know it's been said a few times but I would like to say, patients patients patients in case you missed it. Listen to the salty dogs on the forum, listen to your body, and trust your gut.

I tape it to the wall and just jab my body into the wall....it makes pinning an extreme sport as you have to jump just right to hit the correct muscle group, although I did pin my cheek once LOL.....slow one...no thanks,

I want to know how much your GF enjoyed it though as were were sitting there getting mutilated with the pin lol

I did a year of reading and research before my first cycle so I was super ready. My lesson learned was never take finaplex -h oral I did and pissed the biggest blood clot it was crazy doc checked me over and I was ok but I learned not to do that agin
