Hey Evo family. I am excited to document my journey in the form of a log . This is a big step for me, and I’m grateful to have the opportunity to be sponsored by the team at Sassy Pharmaceuticals. I’ll be running their products throughout this journey, and I want to thank them for backing me and helping me chase my goal of bringing my best package to the bodybuilding stage
Goals:
Main focus is growth. I want to add as much quality size as possible over the next 12 months while staying relatively tidy with a potential hold/mini-cut if needed. Ultimately the goal is to bring a competitive package I’m proud of to the bodybuilding stage.

Age: 21
Height: 183 cm (6’0)
Current Weight: 79.4 kg (morning)
Goal: Push weight as high as possible while keeping body composition in check
Coach:
Currently coached by the Gainsman
Cycle (7 Weeks In):
Weeks 1–4: 400 mg Test, 200 mg EQ
Weeks 5+: Adjusted to 500 mg Test , 100 mg EQ (low E2 correction based on bloodwork)

4 grams of Omega-3
1000mg NAC
1000mg Citrus Bergamot
1000mg Magnesium
10 mg Tadalafil of training days (excluding legs)
Training Program:
Modified Push/Pull/Legs split with a focus on overall size
Nutrition:
Calories: 2,975
Protein: 225 g
Carbs: 350 g
Fat: 75 g
Cardio:
No dedicated sessions as I already get 15k steps a day at work. Light cardio on rest days/weekends to keep weekly expenditure consistent.
