Hey Evo family. I am excited to document my journey in the form of a log . This is a big step for me, and I’m grateful to have the opportunity to be sponsored by the team at Sassy Pharmaceuticals. I’ll be running their products throughout this journey, and I want to thank them for backing me and helping me chase my goal of bringing my best package to the bodybuilding stage

Goals:
Main focus is growth. I want to add as much quality size as possible over the next 12 months while staying relatively tidy with a potential hold/mini-cut if needed. Ultimately the goal is to bring a competitive package I’m proud of to the bodybuilding stage.

Personal Info:
Age: 21
Height: 183 cm (6’0)
Current Weight: 79.4 kg (morning)
Goal: Push weight as high as possible while keeping body composition in check

Coach:
Currently coached by the Gainsman

Cycle (7 Weeks In):

Weeks 1–4: 400 mg Test, 200 mg EQ

Weeks 5+: Adjusted to 500 mg Test , 100 mg EQ (low E2 correction based on bloodwork)

Supporting Supplements

4 grams of Omega-3
1000mg NAC
1000mg Citrus Bergamot
1000mg Magnesium
10 mg Tadalafil of training days (excluding legs)

Training Program:

Nutrition:
Calories: 2,975
Protein: 225 g
Carbs: 350 g
Fat: 75 g

Cardio:
No dedicated sessions as I already get 15k steps a day at work. Light cardio on rest days/weekends to keep weekly expenditure consistent.

Notes:

I’m new to this forum, so any feedback or constructive criticism is welcome. Looking forward to learning and sharing the journey.

I have included a few current progression pics.

Welcome to evo brother!! Love the look of this layout and you make 71kegs look thick!
Your in solid hands with @Gains Man and all his team on evo reflects this. @Sassy's Pharmaceuticals fueling your build your sure to kill this growth phase and put you closer to stage.

Your eq and test ratio is an interesting one also. Been lots of discussion on eq and its influence on e2 lately and interesting to see anothers ratio even further then what has been seen so far. Have a look @BeMe Moved to a 5:1 ratio as 2:1 had still dropped e2 too far

This should be put in the eq thread @LevButlerov

All the best legend i will be folloing along 🤜🏼🤛🏼🔥

Eq is a very interesting compound with its effects on e2
Much more potent than primo and yeah he is now on 500t:100 eq after starting at 400:200 for that reason after we got bloods back

I didn't expect it to be so hostile, started at 500t/400eq and tanked e2. Moved to 750mg test and held eq and testing at the 5 week mark, physically and mentally feeling worlds better. Crazy how some people get away with higher eq then test lol.

Looking forward to this log 🔥

Yeah I always opt for primo usually with my guys when its available so eq is the backup option due to the shortage so even I'm learning a lot about it
Some guys can run it 2:1 but I'm yet to find anyone that can run it 1:1 or 1:2 without low e2

E2 influence set aside, what makes you favour primo over eq? Do you prefer it in every scenario or just some?

Less sides
Eq can raise RBC dangerously high if not monitored well
And has been shown possibly to be mildly toxic on liver and kidneys as well in some people
Its a good compound but choosing primo is a no brained every time for me

welcome to the EVO family :D @BZ. Good start to the log, cycle layout and macros look balanced for steady growth without adding too much fat.
Adjusting EQ down after bloodwork was the right call, that’ll keep e2 in range while test drives gains.
Training split and daily steps will support the goal perfectly, excited to see how the next few months build size. Waiting to see more food pics too!

You are looking extremely lean and vascular. That's a great start. You have every ability to make it on stage and do extremely well really looking for the following this. @BZ.

He understands bro and has a great head on his shoulders and I will be watching over him making sure he doesn't do anything unnecessary
His goal is to compete as a junior which is the under 23 year old class

completely understand your concerns. Whilst there is no ‘safe way’ to take steroids (excluding medically necessary purposes) I am definitely taking the appropriate steps to mitigate any long term negative effects, as well as having an extremely knowledgeable coach from the get go to guide me in the right direction.

Log update #1

Morning weight up to 80.85 kg after coach increased cals over the weekend

Updated cal is 3175 total
225 protein
400 carbs
75 fats

This is an increase in carbs by 50 grams so initially holding onto a bit of water in expected.

This is what a full day of eating looks like for me currently.
IMG_0763.webp

This being my first food related update I wanted to share a meal I have every day this is one of my faves. macros and photos of meal attached.
IMG_0764.webp

IMG_0762.webp

Do I really need 130 grams of carbs pre workout? No probably not. Will I stop? Also probably not.

Progression pics to follow later in the week.

Also, very much appreciate all the support on the log. I’ve never struggled with motivation but the support on the log has given me even more ambition of achieving my goal of stepping on stage with a physique I am proud of.

BZ.

This. Far too young IMO

This. Far too young IMO
He lives for it bro
I agree in general circumstances yes its to young
But for someone who wants to compete at a high level in the future almost every good bodybuilder in history has started at his age or younger

I did my first cycle at 21 as well because I was competing as a junior like he wants to
But I also did my first comp naturally at 17 in the teenagers class and started training at 15

This. Far too young IMO
In all honesty, a lot of people my age spend their weekends drinking or using recreational drugs. I’m not saying I’m in any better than them, but personally, I feel my choices are more calculated and, in some ways, safer. As Gains mentioned, many people start at this age or even younger. I’m not claiming to be the next Lee Priest, but I do have plans to compete, and taking this step is part of staying competitive in that environment.

We really appreciate the concern guys but if we could just enjoy the log and let @BZ. do his thing that would be great now
We will take all necessary precaution to make sure we minimize every risk possible

This being my first food related update I wanted to share a meal I have every day this is one of my faves. macros and photos of meal attached.View attachment 127142
View attachment 127140

Do I really need 130 grams of carbs pre workout? No probably not. Will I stop? Also probably not.

Progression pics to follow later in the week.

Also, very much appreciate all the support on the log. I’ve never struggled with motivation but the support on the log has given me even more ambition of achieving my goal of stepping on stage with a physique I am proud of.

BZ.

Now that's a game plan bro!

You look good in the pics, big and lean with that 81 kg holding nicely. Strength is climbing across presses and the 42.5 kg dumbbell bench for 10s shows clean progression.

Push session layout is solid. Keep the same structure and aim for small weekly load jumps to keep size and density moving.

Quick update
Body weight at 81.5 kg morning of 16/10
Scale still moving up on current cals, putting me in a good spot composition wise.

This what what a current day of eating looks like for me.
IMG_0841.webp

Prioritising hitting protein first and foremost, then filling in the rest with carbs/fats. Not too concerned if one is slightly over or under.

Not a food pic today but received a few goodies from the legends over at @Sassy's Pharmaceuticals.
IMG_0839.webp

Plan on getting Bloodwork done next week. Coach @Gains Man may adjust current protocol based off results. Maybe ramp it up if all looks good. Won’t hesitate to take a step back if things don’t look good, however should be mostly good as have kept things pretty moderate.

Pics to follow later this week

BZ – Road to the Stage
Cycle/Training Log

Modified Push/Pull/Legs split with a focus on overall size

Nice and lean to start with you will blow up if your adherence is good!! Whats the idea of no cialis PWO on leg days? Have you been using test prior to this cycle? I haven’t looked through the log yet to see updates just rhe initial log

Anadrol is @BZ. Using atm? I will be sourcing some for my mass log, do you rate it
Certainly no scientific reasoning behind no cialis pwo on leg days. I just prefer to keep it on upper body days as I feel I get more satisfaction out of is as far as pumps go. I was using test prior to this but hadn’t run an actual cycle. Not using the Anadrol yet, won’t touch anything without coaches go ahead. Hoping if bloodwork is all ok it could potentially come in.

Yea cool, i was just curious coz leg pumps are the best! How did you run your test before if it wasnt a cycle? Just weekly dose and not come off?

125mg test e weekly prescribed by endocrinologist due to low test. My test was low due to very restrictive dieting. I didn’t need to be prescribed trt at such a young age, but I knew I was eventually going to blast and cruise so getting a prescription is handy.

With your guidance you have now and structure you will do well. I dont know about others but i find its crazy how much test people use. Ive noticed more and more that i am on the very lower end of how much i use so im keen to see your results your alrdy running more then what ive ever done. Ill be doing high test soon too so very interested to watch. Maybe ive been doin it wrong rhis whole time and left plenty of gains on the table

Morning weight 83.05

I have attached screenshots of my recent bloodwork.

This was taken at 10 weeks into my cycle. The first 4 weeks being 400test 200eq. The following 6 weeks being 500 test 100 eq.

Overall very happy with results as blood thickness has slightly improved as well as lipids slightly improving

@Gains Man happy with the results and has adjusted dosages to 600 test 100 eq and the addition of 20mg anavar.

Happy to hear any thoughts on the bloodwork any and recommendations based off the results.

Bloods look good but I cant find estrogen I clicked 2 times did I miss it? @BZ.

No problem. Fourth image. Was < 60 pmol/L on 11 of September, now 91 pmol/L

You must be happy with that blood work brother 👍.

Where do you like your e2 to sit brother?
Great to see it has come up again.
still in the process of figuring that out. Definitely feel better on 91 then when it was <60. Would still probably like to see it rise a bit. A positive is that I haven’t run into any high e2 sides like gyno.

Drop eq dose if you want e2 to rise @BZ.

After last bloods test was upped and eq remained the same. This should see a rise in e2 level without the need to pull the eq. 100 eq probably isn’t going to be very anabolic, but for me it greatly lowers e2 so removes the need for an ai.

Food setup looks balanced, I like the carbs but protein can boost easy by 20grams! @BZ.

Approaching the 90s very soon :)

Sassys gear has me growing like crazy.

This will be the 12th week of the cycle/growth phase.
Weight is up from 76.95 on the 13/08 so a 10kg increase in 12 weeks.

Sadly no change to cals as I am growing like a weed on current cals.

Currently 3175
225 protein
400 carbs
75 fats

Had a little set back with a food binge last week but right back on track now, coach reassuring me that it’ll all balance out and a little bit of fluff isn’t the end of the world.

Thought I’d share a meal.
This has been a staple for my morning recently.

Overnight oats
80 grams of oats
100 grams frozen blueberry’s
2 half scoops of different protein powders
Suger free syrup

Great way to start the morning 💪

be careful with food binging. you gotta have more discipline. be an alpha like me and avoid it @BZ.

Definitely. Very unlike me and not something that I usually do, but better off acknowledging it happened and getting right back on track
yeah just remember me pointing at you with an angry face next time it happens

thanks for the honesty on the food binge @BZ. Definitely a wonderful way to start the morning. That's a good carb meal right there but a lot of times those sugar free syrups contain sweeteners that are horrible for your gut and brain

Thanks Mobster 🙏. 22lbs is definitely more than I anticipated. I think It can put down to good coaching, training hard, and good response to the super supplements :)
@BZ. bros yes all of the above important. Plus don't forget about being positive and having goals. Mental aspect very important or you can give up in life. I had tough situation this morning with work almost gave up but I pulled through.
