CURRENT CRUISING 250mg Test C + Accutane 40mg 2 Month

-|BAGROUND STORIES| :

I was totally fine during my first cycle (Susta + Stano), no acne, everything was smooth. Between cycle 1 and 2, I tried cruising with Test C at 250mg each week (using Arimidex as prevention).

On my second cycle, I tried Dbol 30mg for 4 weeks with Test 500mg (also with Arimidex every week), but I got really bad acne (shoulders, back, chest), it was super severe—like, really, really bad. I didn't even have the confidence to wear tanks to the gym.

Now I'm back to cruising on 250mg Test C + 40mg Accutane (self-medicated, daily) + Arimidex (when needed).
My current situation:
1. Before the second cycle, my weight was 69kg, lean, 10-12% body fat.
2. During the second cycle, I gained 79kg, but the acne on my chest, back, and shoulders was seriously terrible.

My questions:
1. Is my protocol correct so far?
2. Should I keep cruising on 250mg Test C until the acne clears up with the 40mg Accutane for at least 6 months?
3. How long should I wait before starting my third cycle (planning to try Deca + Test E)? Will it interact with the Accutane, or should I just go for it?
4. I’m completely new to Deca. For my third cycle, what should I prepare, and what’s the correct protocol to follow?

Feel free to roast me, I’m honestly desperate. Thanks!

I think a test only cycle is perfect, 250mgs is pretty much sports TRT just bump to 300mgs/week.
Aromasin would be a must 10mgs EOD to start off. Then level to 2 doses/week

QA
1) Sure you should stay on test but bump to 300mgs
2) I would stay on this cruise and self TRT for 8 weeks not 6months, and we check your log and re-evaluate as you grow and improve
3) see #2 check 8 weeks play
4) I would not use deca yet at this stage

  • Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good, I see your share already but you change diet right? and do cheat days? lets update those on a bulk
  • Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger, I see you got a base training but you have to change exercises and up the weights, those going up?
  • cardio how much do you do? when etc

I'm just gonna call it how I see it.

That's not the physique of a dude with 5 years training under his belt, and def not after 2 cycles.

You need coaching.

500mg is something you step up to.
Not something you just jump straight into.
Especially with dbol on top.

Did you bother getting bloods or did you just run adex arbitrarily because that's what old mate on the internet said to do?

At your age if you didn't tank your hpta with the first two cycles, 250 is probably twice as much as you need for a cruise or TRT, that's a small cycle for most blokes who respond well.

Get bloods. Figure out your response to 250.

Drop dose accordingly and cruise legitimately for 12 weeks.

As for the acne it is what it is, you wanna make an omelette you gotta break some eggs.

Address any imbalances on your bloods, get all your levels in range, spend some time off the accutane because that shit can inflame them worse, looks like it is from those photos.

When you're ready to cycle, ditch the deca, ditch the orals, do a proper test only cycle for 16-20 weeks titrating the dosage up to assess your response and tolerance, and get yourself into decent condition before you start getting into exotics.

so much appreciated for the feed back.. will follow up my blood Work, also.. before hand I used to have coach, unfortunately he has freak girl friend and cut off all off their student suddenly. so it's been 3 month I research by my self including accutane dose it self.. I guess I should lower my dose of test first to 125mg and see if it works for me right ? and blood test too

Good, do this.

250 test, nothing else.

If you need to stop taking adex, give it about a week or two before you get bloods.

so it's been 3 month I research by my self including accutane dose it self..
Yeah this can also be problematic.

Dosing accutane too high will cause more aggressive inflamed breakouts that seem not to heal.

Drop the accutane for now.

I guess I should lower my dose of test first to 125mg and see if it works for me right ? and blood test too

After you get your bloods on 250, clean with no adex in your system, post results here.

Make sure you ask for full blood panel + androgens + oestradiol.

With those numbers we'll be able to tell you what an appropriate cruise dose should be to drop down to.

you think so ? I thought my arm genes was bad.. never been happy being praised too mate, (kinda have low self esteem )... may be this is my pose training also my update

honestly if I take in the right angle the acne it self it's kinda see through.. but what can I say.. its a samsung camera ( which is known for unwanted filter 😂 )

make sure that you are keeping your skin dry
that will help with the acne
 
if you're breaking out on steroids then I would ease off until the acne gets under control
you don't want to end up with bigger problems
 
don't be too hard on yourself
you've got a good head on your shoulders
 
The accutane should clear that up but make sure you drink lots of water
