Yeah I agree 25 is a decent age most people don’t compete and still use gear , some people drink and do drugs pick your poison I guess lol25 years old is fine to do gear

The routine usually I stick with I’m sure im forgetting some stuff. Max bench 315 ,for the most part I’m sticking around 2 plates on the press machines , 65s on dumbbell press, curling around 25-35, shoulder press (smith) 185, lateral raises 20-25 dumbbell shoulder press 45s , leg extension 3 plates , squat 215 , sorry for multiple replies do not know how to edit original post!First pick was after covid 21ish slimmed down pretty good, didn’t take lots of photo not a photo genic person , 2nd was during my classic 500 test bulk cycle 4 months ago last pic was actually today sitting at 189. Some food pics I found! The best pics I can find sorry guys

I enjoyed the ppl, I like the Arnold split and separated the arms and shoulders felt that it gave me a better chance to work more on the week spots and focus on certain muscles groupsI’m a big fan of the ppl training style.

I’ve been doing this split past year and half really enjoy this split ! I feel it does over train some things but I will prioritize my weaker parts like bicep and quads !@Nobodyknows i do like arms and shoulders in 2 but sometimes i feel it overtrains groups like triceps
and on the split, lets see you stick to your split for 10 days and update us more diet training before we have you switching things
