I haven’t started tracking strictly but probably remaining constant. Hoping to lean out a bit more so need to increase cardio and start tracking.
I would start tracking if you want to gain @Hotsauce69
Chest day

Incline dumbbell press
80/12x, 90/10x, 95/

Pec deck
150/16x, 160/14x, 170/12x

Incline smith machine
155/12x, 175/7x, 185/5x

Seated machine press (30s rest, drop sets)
170/12x, 150/10x, 130/8x
training weights need to go up for at least 1 set
 
Chest day

Take 1 set and up your weights like increase the amount you lift +30%
 
I increase weight every set with the exception of that one exercise. I was rushing and just went to failure on each drop with minimal rest between.
