Hi everyone....I'm going to start a Dbol only cycle from monday @20mg/day for 3-4 weeks only...no PCT...no cardio...no liver protection.....I have purchased Evogenetics pharma Dianabol...seen some good reviews of this brand here and decided to buy it....I'm 33 years old and I'm working out since the last 15 years @6 days a week...unfortunately I lost all my muscles during covid....purchased test E, deca and 8 dbol after covid but all of them were fake....wasted money, got depressed and stopped working out for many months....now I workout thrice a week for 1hr just to keep myself fit....my current bodyweight is only 63kgs with an average height....so here's my workout below...

6 days workout, 4-5 exercises...all 4-5 sets of 10 reps...only first set is warm-up set of 15-20 reps...total 20-25 sets each body part....like for chest 5 sets of flat and incline bench press, 4 sets of dumbbell flying, 4 sets of cable crossover, 4 sets of parallel bar dips and 4 sets of pullover....my target is to gain as much as possible. I go to the Gym with my bicycle...7-10mins ride each side.

Monday-chest, back & lower abs
TUESDAY- Shoulders, arms and upper abs
WEDNESDAY- Legs & lower abs

REPEAT SAME WORKOUT FOR THE REST 3 DAYS.

WORKOUT TIME: 7AM - 9.30AM...will try to start from 6.30 am....don't care about my sleep duration.

MY DIET:

BREAKFAST : 4 whole eggs, 2 pieces of whole wheat bread with peanut butter, 1 cheese slice, 250ml milk, 1 banana, 10mg dbol...... 10-12 cashew nuts after 2-3 hours if I feel hungry.

LUNCH : 3-4 pieces of chicken with rice, 2 potatoes, mixed vegetables, yellow boiled lentils, 1 piece of whole wheat bread with butter, 1 banana, 10mg dbol, 200gms yogurt....yogurt is good for the liver.

EVENING SNACK: 2 cheese slices, 2 tbsp peanut butter, 1 banana, ice-cream/milk.

DINNER: chicken/green lentils/milk solids, 3-4 whole wheat bread, 250ml milk, 1 banana, desserts(sometimes).

WATER INTAKE : 4 Litres per day

That's it guys....this is just an overall diet and training plan I have made....it may vary or change depending on lifestyle...my main objective is to GAIN....I believe in running single compound and I've kept the dose @20 mg to avoid both androgenic and estrogenic side effects...the only thing I'm worried about is Evogenetics Dianabol....hope its not fake....guys just pray to God that evogenetics dbol works for me and I can gain some muscles. thats fairly low dose, you wont get much but a lot of e2 sides

I've kept the dose low because I've read and seen many interviews of bodybuilders who revealed their cycle and dosage with no pct...I've seen Dorian Yates interview where he said he took only 20mg dbol....also I've used 20mg dbol and sustanon 250 before without pct and I am absolutely fine....3 years ago I started a dbol only cycle @20mg....but I had to stop it after a week because I was loosing appetite...I was unable to eat and was having stomach cramp....also was feeling kinda sick...couldn't even workout properly....it was a low quality dbol...but still I gained around 2 kgs muscle in a week. No water retention...didn't loose any gains after the cycle even after dropping the gym....But after 6 months I decided to use that dbol again but it didn't responded....don't know why.

Actually there is actual evidence to show that dbol is suppressive even at 10mgs ed.
now you said you were fine after sustanon dbol, do you have blood work for this? please share :0 @Bigall
 
Wow this is a great start to this log

don't believe these people on suppression. you can run bloods and see the evidence for yourself. any exogenous hormoens are suppressive

dbol is always a fun one to use
make sure that you keep an eye on hand
 
all steroids are suppressive
there's no way to trick your body so don't think that

No...I don't have blood works but I am absolutely fine. I even asked an old school bodybuilder(mr.universe) about pct...he said that they never did PCT after their cycle. I will update my results after 2 weeks.

you're not Dorian Yates and old school bodybuilders had almost 0 science knowledge
without bloods you might be walking around with low LH/FSH, high ALT/AST low T to boot, we should get blood done
and this cycle, you should at least add testosterone base, can you do that? @BigAl1
