Hi everyone....I'm going to start a Dbol only cycle from monday @20mg/day for 3-4 weeks only...no PCT...no cardio...no liver protection.....I have purchased Evogenetics pharma Dianabol...seen some good reviews of this brand here and decided to buy it....I'm 33 years old and I'm working out since the last 15 years @6 days a week...unfortunately I lost all my muscles during covid....purchased test E, deca and 8 dbol after covid but all of them were fake....wasted money, got depressed and stopped working out for many months....now I workout thrice a week for 1hr just to keep myself fit....my current bodyweight is only 63kgs with an average height....so here's my workout below...
6 days workout, 4-5 exercises...all 4-5 sets of 10 reps...only first set is warm-up set of 15-20 reps...total 20-25 sets each body part....like for chest 5 sets of flat and incline bench press, 4 sets of dumbbell flying, 4 sets of cable crossover, 4 sets of parallel bar dips and 4 sets of pullover....my target is to gain as much as possible. I go to the Gym with my bicycle...7-10mins ride each side.
Monday-chest, back & lower abs
TUESDAY- Shoulders, arms and upper abs
WEDNESDAY- Legs & lower abs
REPEAT SAME WORKOUT FOR THE REST 3 DAYS.
WORKOUT TIME: 7AM - 9.30AM...will try to start from 6.30 am....don't care about my sleep duration.
MY DIET:
BREAKFAST : 4 whole eggs, 2 pieces of whole wheat bread with peanut butter, 1 cheese slice, 250ml milk, 1 banana, 10mg dbol...... 10-12 cashew nuts after 2-3 hours if I feel hungry.
LUNCH : 3-4 pieces of chicken with rice, 2 potatoes, mixed vegetables, yellow boiled lentils, 1 piece of whole wheat bread with butter, 1 banana, 10mg dbol, 200gms yogurt....yogurt is good for the liver.
EVENING SNACK: 2 cheese slices, 2 tbsp peanut butter, 1 banana, ice-cream/milk.
DINNER: chicken/green lentils/milk solids, 3-4 whole wheat bread, 250ml milk, 1 banana, desserts(sometimes).
WATER INTAKE : 4 Litres per day
That's it guys....this is just an overall diet and training plan I have made....it may vary or change depending on lifestyle...my main objective is to GAIN....I believe in running single compound and I've kept the dose @20 mg to avoid both androgenic and estrogenic side effects...the only thing I'm worried about is Evogenetics Dianabol....hope its not fake....guys just pray to God that evogenetics dbol works for me and I can gain some muscles.
