You should add protein bars easier to digest and they taste good, the switch from junk to healthy is hard, but junk to protein bars much easier.At the moment I'm working at trying to clean it back up but I fear if I go too clean too quick I'll just crumble.

Mindset has improved, decided to drop down to 0.15ml Test(e)300 twice weekly, 100mg/week. To see how my body responds since its already reacted poorly to 300mg/week, aromasin and nolvadex arrived so the suggested 12.5mg aromasin twice weekly and 40 nolvadex ED will be done initially to resolve immediate high levels of E2 and reduce gyno symptoms.
Questions :
-My intention is to only use the AI until the 357 E2 is back within healthy ranges and then continue on the Nolvadex till the end of the PCT. Then run a course of Raloxifene at 60mg for 10 days reducing to 30mg until the gyno has reduced. Is this an incorrect thought process ? I am slowly making my way your content online and learning so I apologise in advance. If not then how would you go about running the AI and SERM till the end of the PCT.

If you use too many Ais and SERMs you'll cause long term damage to your body and can cause further psychological problems by crashing E2 too much. You need fairly high E2 to stay stable.
I suggest you cut down aromasin use to 12.5mgs 2x/week only for 2 weeks and switch to 1x/week after.
tamoxifen 60mgs ed for this week, but dont switch to raloxifene.
Testosterone I would say at 150mgs/week split into 3 50mgs shots.

And you shouldn't consider PCT yet with your situation.

Cardio is after my workout and 15mins total.
I read that Raloxifene is better at removing existing gynecomastia and only considered a Raloxifene protocol after my current cycle has finished and after the PCT.

In theory ralox works better but in practice I found guys do better with tamoxifen vs ralox for existing gynecomastia. @AE1079 your views?

I don't like avocado's but I could much on a handful of nuts, small nuts like the ones on this forum. Porridge oats? Must be a different wording between UK and USA. Although it may not seem like much food, I've finished the day feeling relatively full. If my glycogen stores diminish then I could always do a refeed day and adjust moving on. But I'm determined to lose BF as to be in a better condition for using the steroids.Cycle and estrogen
The issue with what you're doing with aromasin and tamoxifen, is you're overcompensating for high estrogen due to gynecomastia. Thats normal for guys to do but dangerous in the long run.
You need to stop EOD aromasin. Switch to aromasin Monday 12.5mgs and Thursday 12.5mgs
increase tamoxifen to 40mgs ED
also do NOT squeeze the nipples or touch them or play with them, it will increase prolactin levels and make the gynecomastia worse.

Could you explain the reasoning for cardio prior to working out instead of after please? Just typically I like to do a relatively relaxing run at the end to give me a mild sweat and get those endorphins saving the energy for the focus of my workout which is the weights.
Slightly confused at which one you want me to follow, I quoted the one you sent me yesterday which was at 40mgs on nolvadex/tamoxifen.

I find in practical terms tamoxifen is better with gyno imoI haven’t had a chance to dive into raloxifene but I have heard it’s extremely beneficial for gyno. Will do some more research on it in the background
