Hi Bros.
I’m 63 today and have been on 100 trt weekly for 5 years. Last year did 400 for about 9 months. Want to go again but not sure how to get best results. Also need new source. Currently training with trainer for an hour twice a week Upper Body one day Lower Body the second day. Need to get plan for other days. Cardio? More weights?
5’ 10” 185lbs. Need to lose 10-15 lbs. rarely drink as baked goods have been my weakness.
Any suggestions would be welcome.

On your picture, you look great, powerful base, clearly you're well build and look good. You have a good shape to recomp properly.
To start off, just to explain, a Log is something ongoing, you can keep one here on the forums. You post your rough diet training regiment and your feelings, how you feel about the cycle that week. This helps us understand you more and guide you in a cycle. Without it, we're just pushing you to do things blindly.

training, as you have a training, please give use the exercises you do that day as you go, + cardio updates
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
