Approved Log My TRT Log

Hey fam,
Back from my last cycle log. Going to keep that open for a little bit longer as I get my bloods redone and we have some discussions about them.
But anyways, I’m happy to be back from vacation and back into the gym.
Broke my pinky toe while we were gone. Caught it on the couch in the RV when my wife was drunk af and wanted me to go get her some ritz crackers!
It’s funny now but I couldn’t wear a shoe for about 10 days. Lucky for me, outside of having to wear dress shoes for my brother’s wedding, I was at the beach and wore flip flops all vacation.
So I’m home now and it was a very productive month. But my AST and ALT are both super high.
Doctor had me on some antibiotics for a bad cold we all caught on vacation. She thinks it’s from that since that’s common. But also, I ran like 3.5 weeks of superdrol on the back end of my cycle. Cycle ended about mid June. I was off all gear outside of testosterone from that point on. I did run my test a little higher for like 2 weeks longer.
So I’m due to retake bloods next week. I’m taking 7 caps of n2guard a day and donating tomorrow. Hopefully my levels go down some.
toe breaks are a pain but it should heal up fast. superdrol is very very harsh. i could not stand it past 2 weeks @Cronus402

Toe is definitely healing. And I listened to your podcast on it. I remember you saying that. I didn’t notice any negative sides. So I figured it was fine. Guess it was wrecking my liver without me noticing. But she did mention the other meds affecting it as well. I started those after coming off of Superdrol. I’m sure it’s way more likely that it was the Superdrol and not the other stuff. But I’m drinking crazy amounts of water and taking 7 caps a day of n2guard so
Hoping bloods look better this week.

I decided to put my incline presses ahead of flat press today to see if I could get the heavy weights back up. To my surprise, since coming off cycle and dropping like 8 pounds, I was able to press 320lbs for a few reps.
Got burnt out pretty quick with the chest presses and had nothing left for the flys but that’s okay.
Felt good to know it wasn’t just the Anadrol. Hahaha
Hope everyone killed their lifts today!

coming off all hormones and running support supps is correct. your doctor has your best interests at heart. with elevated liver you will end up with energy and sleep issues @Cronus402

things are moving in the right direction. you need to get the numbers in line. liver isn't something to mess with. if you have prior drug/alcohol issues that will make it worse @Cronus402

your liver numbers were very dangerous. glad they are coming down to earth. stay off gear as long as possible, let your body catch up. your poor liver needs a break @Cronus402

you need to get your liver numbers normal range. it is possible that you can end up with serious liver failure as you get older. happens more then people think @Cronus402
 
Yes, thank you for always pushing and being so helpful on my log. My doctor just dropped me from .6mL to .5mL of 200mg/mL.
She wants my numbers down. She wasn’t impressed with my last test results. Haha
But I told her I ran a over the counter test booster/bulk cycle and she accepted that. We agreed that 900ng/dL to 1000ng/dL would be a good place to be. I said I’d be happy with that. I was a bit high when I ran 200mg/week. So this is what I need to run for the next 4 months and see how I feel and what my levels look like when k get blood pulled again.
It will be fine. And if it’s low, we will increase it.

@Cronus402 increase veggies and fruits in diet....try to have smaller multiple meals throughout the day........

Yeah they are coming down every week. And I know. My wife just lost a friend to Cirrhosis of the liver and liver cancer. She was an addict who at this age only smoked weed and drank. But we’re not really sure. She lived out of state the last 8 years.

The tren suppressed your testosterone levels? I haven’t ran it yet and only recently started researching it.

@Cronus402 liver is improving but still a ways to go. i would do 10 caps n2guard a day. that will help. try some lemon water in the morning first thing

Yeah. I know it’s serious business. And steroids aren’t to be taken lightly. I just never had an issue before. But I’m still learning. I’ll go do the ultrasound to appease my doctor. Then I’ll share those results and I’ll be sure to take sups from now on. I appreciate the advice.

Thanks man. I’m actually blown away that I ever got over 315 this soon. I didn’t expect it for another year or more. That superdrol push did the trick. I’m happy to still get it. Trying to maintain some strength post cycle.

Oh I grew up with older siblings and cousins. I started drinking at 10 years old. Small town shit and I’m an 80’s kid. My parents didn’t watch me like kids are watched today.
But that was just here and there back then. But I really got into it when I joined the navy.
And it runs in the family. I have an addictive personality so I need to be careful with gear as well.

Stamina is low, strength feels okay but I’m working hard in my upper weight sets. Sex drive is low… definitely feeling the effects of not having my trt right after cycling. No depression so that’s good. But hoping to jump on 100mg a week again. Need to get this back up a little.

The tren suppressed your testosterone levels? I haven’t ran it yet and only recently started researching it.
Yes, that's the only logical conclusion. Tren affects the HPG axis and suppresses endogenous test production. So being on such a low dose 180mg enanthate a week, it really dropped my number. My guess is most people on cycle are dosing much higher testostetone so they don't know, and/or aren't testing regularly. I did not feel the drop personally because of the effects of the tren. I only found out because of my labs I had to run.

No, doctor prescribed TRT, but I have a very decent supply of powder enanthate and mixed some up and bumped my dose, and it showed on the labs. 180mg/week is nice but I'd have preferred to pump up the volume lol.
@TsaiTakamoto you made your own test? why? you dont have the sterilizing equipment or UV equipment or filtration equipment at home, why bother going this route?

I'm on doctor prescribed TRT as I've mentioned but wanted a little bigger bump. I'm sitting on raws, Test E and Tren E so I figured why not run my own.

I have sourced orals from PSL here and been happy with them. Did home brewing go out of style? Evo was huge on it, including supplying sources back in the day....cant remember the exact years but it was when Paja was all over this board if that helps.

I wouldn't brew these days, as now much of the gear is made in EU factories, I'd go with it :D

Man, I guess there is really an anti homebrew sentiment lol. This forum was a HUGE informational source for homebrewing a while back.
UGL's can be just as sketchy, no one's exactly doing FDA inspections in those places.
I lost my powder supplier anyways so its probably a mute point.

What’s the shelf life on that powder? That would be something I’d want to know if I were sitting on that. I’ve never brewed or anything but just curious.
 
What’s up Evo?? I took a little time off to get my bloods looking better. Doc wanted the liver numbers to come down and to run some tests. I did the ultrasound and it was fine. Mild fatty liver but not much of anything. So she wanted me to go talk to a gastroenterologist. I went and saw him and talked to him about gear and liver/organ support and told him why my numbers were high. He drew blood anyways and approved me to start trt again. Haven’t heard back on the bloodwork yet.
Anyways, I’m more than certain it was from running the Anadrol. I’m not concerned about any long term damage. The tests showed that wasn’t an issue. Missed out on the Cut150 cycle due to all of this. However, I lost about 13 lbs coming off gear and not doing a pct or cruising.. that sucked! I’m ready to bulk again. Lol
