N2Slin - preworkout or post?

N2slin should be taken 30 minutes before meals with carbs, and not necessarily dependent on your training schedule

should I use n2slin preworkout or postworkout guys? it's a nutrient partitioning agent so I should use it post training with carbs to help me grow?

2 caps pre WO with dextrose, creatine, 5 caps of GEAR.


post WO, 2 caps, 50g carbs & pro. very little fat if any. fat fuks up how nutrient partitioning (from N2slin or even real slin) works. avoid it around times you take it.
 
it can be used pre workout as well... although, if your consuming a lot of carbs post workout, which i know many of you tend to do, then that would be extremely optimal as well... it can really be beneficial at anytime but it truly shines before heavy carb intake... if you want a very strong pre workout combo, go with dspark, gw and n2slin... dspark and n2slin at www.n2bm.com and gw at www.sarms1.com
