also i would like to understand if it is possible to extend ostarine and cardarine for another 2 weeks

1-12 test e 300mg E5D
3-12 aromasin 12,5mg EOD

PCT

14-18 clomid 50/50/25/25
14-18 nolvadex 40/40/20/20

12-16 hcgenerate es
12-16 aromasin 12.5 EOD
12-16 ostarine 25/25/12.5/12.5 +2week ?

12-18 cardarine 20/20/20/20/20/20 +2 week ?

Welcome brother . Why you use aromasin with low dosage test only ? do you if you need ? and why use sarms after using test ? you need be on test when using sarms like ostarine, rad, ligandrol.

I like your cycle. It's a good one but a few things.
1) bump your test to 500mgs per week (300mgs is too low IMO almost TRT doses, if you went to doctor testosterone replacement is 200-250mgs)
2) replace the clomid with nolvadex/aromasin/ostarine plan
3) extending sarms YES but >
add 2 more weeks of ostarine - good 12.5mgs ED
add 4 weeks of ostazol preworkout 3 caps to synergy with GW/osta
add 10mgs GW in the post-pct period

i would do the test 400mg. you are gonna get shut down anyway. might as well run it and even throw in an oral

bro you right here, but i don't agree with 3 caps, go with 6 caps ostazol or cardazol.

I agree with bumping the test up to 500mg. Its fine to extend gw out longer. I wouod limit mk2866 to 4 weeks when ran in pct

Cardarine is fine to extend in your PCT but I would keep Ostarine to 4 weeks just due to suppression.

yes exactly I want to do just that, in fact I would like to start in a month to lower the fat, I was also thinking of adding mk677 I would like to add it at the beginning of my pct, and keep it going for 3 months, do you think it might be a good idea?

Tests at 300mg every 5 days is a good dose for a new guy. You won't need much more than that to make great progress. I guess you bump it up to 500mg every 5th day but you won't see a huge difference over the 300mg, your diet and training will be a much bigger factor.

The Aromsin you should keep on hand to use if you notice any signs of estrogen side-effects like sore nipples and bloating.

PCT

14-18 clomid 50/50/25/25
14-18 nolvadex 40/40/20/20

These two are a tried and true staple for Post-Cycle Therapy, but I would probably run the Nolvadex a bit lower.

12-16 hcgenerate es

HCGenerate ES @ 5 caps per day: This is a very strong testosterone booster and PCT product, you should probably use it during your whole cycle and a full 2-4 weeks after your last dose of SARMS. I guess if you are trying to save some cash you can just use it during your PCT only as this is where you will need it most but even then I suggest you run it a full 2-4 weeks after your last dosage of SARMS.

You can run the SARMS a bit longer no issues with this, just make sure you take the HCGenerate ES @ 5 caps per day at least a full two weeks AFTER your last dosage of SARMS.
