Hey everyone hope your doing well Im going to start a new cycle and log it.
Age 60
Height 5'10"
Weight 170
Bf % not sure
Trt 150 mg test c a week
Cycle
Anavar 50 mg a day split dose for 6 weeks

I know some of you are going to tell me to increase my test and my reasoning for keeping it at 150 mg is I want to see how my body reacts to the var and I can't truly do that if i increase my test.Most guys over 30 already have this stuff figured out.

I agree about mindset
Thats great that your still performing at a high level but Im not 300lbs and lifting for strength.Ive been dealing with my low back for 30 years and degeneration in my hips.Im ok with no longer squatting and deadlifting 425lbs.Im up every morning at 4.30am grinding and the only thing that stops me is my back and the last bad blow out I missed 4 months work and didn't lift for 9 months.
Keep up the good work and stay healthy.

My shoulder wasn't as bad today I lit up gallbladder 21 till its sore.Going to get some deep tissue massage in a couple of days.I like my new chambered swiss bar but theres a little bit of a learning curve.
