I dropped a weight on my knee back in 2010 and ended up with a hematoma from ankle to balls. Ice it
Apply ice 1st 24 hours, then heat and reduce training load, some stretching only
Went to hospital yesterday due to bloating in stomach and was told it was caused by hematoma from injury and could take months to go away.Feeling pretty lucky all things considered.Still getting more sore.
Time for another comeback stay tuned.
