First off... Man I've learned so much in just a short period of time on Evo. Thanks in advance.
A little background:
41 Y/O M
5'10"
175 lbs

Spent most of my life as an endurance athlete (@160 lbs). 2 yrs ago the wheels fell off. I've felt like total crap since then. Countless visits to my MD to no avail. My chiropractor finally got me thinking outside the box. We ran some blood work and the only things that popped were Vitamin D at 28 ng/mL and Testosterone at 319. Tried fixing Vit D first and that hasn't worked. I'm at 109 Ng/mL and still no better. Backing the D3 down some. So now I'm focused on the Test level. Only problem is that I'm 41 and have no idea what my baseline Test levels have been my entire life. So I question could a Test of 319 make me feel this crappy? I mean all my joints area killing me but it feels like either all my muscles or connective tissue are really tight. I used to be really flexible but now I'm very limited in my range of motion.
Even as an endurance athlete I've always been in the gym though. Kind of an oddball. I've always done deads, back squatted, pullups, pushups, jumped rope. I've never run gear and don't have any future plans to except I'll do what's necessary to regain my quality of life, mobility and fitness level. Maybe I'm a prime candidate for TRT at 41 Y/O but I want to exhaust all other possibilities first.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
