Oh ya good point. Been doing a lot of bloodwork lately and looking at a lot of micros. Duhh..Nope. Mcg (microgram)is a 1000th of a mg (milligram) which is a 1000th of a gram. Some also confuse ml with mg
Thanks, it sounds crazier than it is tho. I lift 5 days a week and then on my 2 off days I do 40min HIIT workouts on my rower. I'm sure by volume you guys do way more work than me. I'm hoping to go the safest route with minimal side FX. I'm reading that primo is relatively safe though.
So what would a blast look like in my situation? Would I start at around 200mg to match my test and raise both to a bit each week til I hit like 3-500?

And what I mean is around 300mgs testosterone and 200mgs primobolan, not anything heavy.
