Hey Guys,

Just wanted to say hi and maybe get a little advice. I've been cruising the forum for a little while now and decided to join up because it seems like a really positive and helpful atmosphere. I've already learned a lot just reading here.

Quick intro on me, I'm a 40yr old guy, train everyday, run a contracting business and I'm on the tools so I basically beat myself into the ground everyday. I work, I train, and find a little time for my wife and hobbies in-between.

Been on "TRT" for almost a year, 5'11, 176lbs, 12% BF, 180mcg a week. I'm working with a good doctor, all biomarkers look good, cept my lipids and RBC are a little low. I run macrofactor, whoop, Garmin, eightsleep, basically track everything all day looking for ways to improve and eeek out more of myself. Kinda at the point where I'm thinking enough with the half measures, I just want to feel better and be able to keep manage my crazy work habits a bit easier.

So Primo, I'm in Canada and it sounds like NF is the way to go. I've read you can run low dose for as much as 6 months? My goal isn't to blow up, maybe add 10-15lbs lean over the next year. Mainly I'd just like to recover a bit better and have a bit more energy.

Sorry for the long winded post....open to any advice or listening to others experiences. Thanks!

True, but I'm working towards a goal. In the next 5-10 years I'll be financially set for the rest of my life. Then I'll work when I feel like it and do a lot of travelling. I partied pretty hard and travelled a lot from 14-30 years old. I'm more than ok with dedicating this part of my life to the grind. Hopefully my plans work out as expected and it wasn't all for not. Looking at my portfolio today....might need to work a few more years lol

You being on TRT means we need to discuss a lot of factors before you jump into a full cycle, but we really don't know much about you. I know your stats but thats about it. What we need is for you to share more with the EVO family, how?
Easy, start a NEW thread with your current TRT log journal, add nutrition training cardio sleep history and more and we will guide you into a full new cycle as a big EVO family, only way we can actually help. Its not time consuming, takes 15-20min of your time and well worth it. :D

1st blast for most is just upping the test dose for 12 weeks. Most would say 500mg for 12 weeks - it will make a difference.
Make sure you use an AI with that dose.

Man that sounds like a huge dose for me. My free test is up just over 900 on 180mcg. Trying to avoid as many side fx as possible. Maybe I can titrate up there over time if my bloods support it. Thanks for clearing that up for me tho

I hope in the next 5-10 everything your grinding and setting up for is still present in your life along with your health brother and i mean that in the most genuine way. You have an exciting journey ahead of you just take the time to still pay some attention to the important things. Sometime we dont realise how important some things or some people are until there no longer in our lives. Excited to follow your log bro get after it 🤜🏽🤛🏽

I was similar to you - was on TRT for a year and my first cycle was 300T for 12 weeks (40mg Var for last 6 weeks) and it made a difference.

Nope. Mcg (microgram)is a 1000th of a mg (milligram) which is a 1000th of a gram. Some also confuse ml with mg

Really many different ways you could do this.

You can blast and cruise off and on for 10 or 15 weeks if you want.
 
One of the cool things about starting a log is we can get to know you

and answer your questions as you go.
 
please make sure you get your log going asap. we need that to give you the best tips
 
Can you get your log going? And post up your blood work.

Thanks I appreciate the goodwill. Just got home from work the ram down some food and then I'm turning and burning back to work. Pretty serious state of emergency outside of Toronto here and I'm busy as hell. Looks like I'm going to be working all weekend too. Puts me closer to my retirement goals though LOL. Will definitely post a log as soon as I can.

I'm going to try for Sunday but that just depends on how long I'm stuck working tonight and tomorrow and how quick I can get my office work done on Sunday morning.

Thanks, it sounds crazier than it is tho. I lift 5 days a week and then on my 2 off days I do 40min HIIT workouts on my rower. I'm sure by volume you guys do way more work than me. I'm just good for a regular guy. Not super humans like all of you. Hopefully I will join the club soon

I'm hoping to go the safest route with minimal side FX. I'm reading that primo is relatively safe though.

So what would a blast look like in my situation? Would I start at around 200mg to match my test and raise both to a bit each week til I hit like 3-500?

I have my log up and all my info is there if you're wondering.

@BeMe lets talk about this in your log more, but right now I think blasting is fine for you, you look really GOOD!
And what I mean is around 300mgs testosterone and 200mgs primobolan, not anything heavy.
