What's up erverybody. I just wanted to say hello and that I'm liking what I see here at evo. I'm looking forward to getting serious about my training again. A little aout myself;
I'm 31yo male
6' ~200lbs
According to the images on google my body fat is probably exactly about 8-12%
I got into weight training about 7-8 years ago (6' ~150lbs at that time) but I have not stayed entirely consistant with it (ya know, job, family, and a handful of other excuses...)
I exercise regularly; usually every morning M-F, namely cardio :l
Over the past ~6 months have been getting back into the weights.
I ran 2 PH cycles about 5-6 years ago. I think they were spread out by probably 8-10 months.
I ran one 14 week cycle of test e with proper pct about 4-5 years ago
The heaviest I got was ~215 but because I do a lot of running it was a nightmare. lol
I don't really enjoy running, it's just something I have to do.

and in hindsight, "Flex_Kwan" would've been a much cooler name, oh well. Any lurkers out there feel free. But as soon as I can figure out how to add a signature I want dibs on "bow to your sensei!"
