It hurts like a bitch for a couple weeks lol it's happened before. I got that thing when I was like 15. It just stuck around for all these years so feels weird without it. Someone dared me to do it when I was a kid.
 
Today was an active rest day. I was doing rest day every 8 days. But as much as I hate it I was having some joint irritation. Especially in my right elbow so I started doing a rest day every 5 days.

My active rest day today was an hour of fast hiking on a 5.5 incline first thing in the morning fasted.

Coffee and protein shake during workout about 30 mins after cardio to break my fast.

Workout was just light abb and core workout. Did a few pull-ups and push-ups because it felt right. I'll be back at it hard tomorrow with back workout.

Breakfast will be smoked brisket and eggs and a little sugar free high protein yogurt.

Will push for 225g of complete protein before 6pm then fast again.

Want to lose about 15 more lbs before I go into a surplus and start trying to put size on arms, legs and shoulders.

Smoked this beef brisket over night. Turned out heavily. First meal of the day at 10am, 8oz beef brisket with 3 eggs scrambled.

I have learned, if you eat 200g of unprocessed whole complete protein a day and you still want food, then you need to see a dr because you got a fucking tape worm or something. When I eat beef and eggs for my protein an hit 200g, the last thing i wanna do is eat anything else.

@TM173 yes of course if you eat whole foods 200 grams its hard to get hungry but you'll be surprised, I have clients doing 300 grams of protein just whole food and 1 shake bro :) so happens as you grow

Not yet. I have liver support and cholesterol support supplements I've already got. Was gonna switch when I ran out. Was gonna try N2guard and N2slin.
@TM173 n2guard and n2slin good stacked supplements, take n2slin premeal 2 caps works wonders on blood sugar :)

I'm still here, still grinding, pushing hard.
Diet still diled in. Still just on 200mg of test cyp for now. Working on getting cholesterol down without medication. It's moving in the right direction.

(I've had high cholesterol my whole life. Even in my early 20s when I was a lean 215 lbs and was dieting, lifting and running 6 miles 3-4 times a week)

Leg day yesterday

Squats:
Warm up 185lbs 2x12
225lbs 6x15

Hip thrust 95lbs 4x16.


Shoulders and arms today.
