Turned out heavily. First meal of the day at 10am, 8oz beef brisket with 3 eggs scrambled.
I have learned, if you eat 200g of unprocessed whole complete protein a day and you still want food, then you need to see a dr because you got a fucking tape worm or something. Diet still diled in. Still just on 200mg of test cyp for now. Working on getting cholesterol down without medication. It's moving in the right direction.
(I've had high cholesterol my whole life. Even in my early 20s when I was a lean 215 lbs and was dieting, lifting and running 6 miles 3-4 times a week)
Leg day yesterday
Squats:
Warm up 185lbs 2x12
225lbs 6x15
Hip thrust 95lbs 4x16.
Shoulders and arms today.
