Protein 225G
Carbs 250g
Fats 75g
Goal is a lean bulk to maximize lean muscle mass and minimize fat gain
I do high rise contstruction as a plumber so I feel there is no need to do cardio as my job is very active
My work out split is currently ,
Chest /tris,
Back/bis
Shoulders/legs
And repeat , I try to lift 6 days a week with one rest day
I am pinning every 3 days , I run 500mg of test cyp and 200 mg of deca a week at the moment , looking to increase the deca dose in the next few weeks up to 300 mg a week , taking 0.5 if arimidex EOD as well , any suggestions and guidance along the way is much appreciated , also I am looking for a good source for my next order of gear ,
