Felt good today, strong as hell. Nothing really to note, good workout. Attached a Pic of 2 meals. I know the chicken and rice looks like ass but I don't mind it

I can do pull ups yeah. But is it worth doing pull ups aswell as all the lat pulldowns? My first set of pulldowns is currently heavier than my bodyweight. I also do the low rows in a way that targets the lats rather than upper back
