Felt off today. Felt out of the groove. Powered through it though. Added in core work to pull days
Swapped out my steak at dinner for more chicken and rice which will probably be the standard from now on.
I can do pull ups yeah. But is it worth doing pull ups aswell as all the lat pulldowns? My first set of pulldowns is currently heavier than my bodyweight. I also do the low rows in a way that targets the lats rather than upper backthe pull day is long but needs more pull ups can you do some @Jameswm bro?
