Felt good. Not really anything to note, good workout

Lying hamstring curls- 3 sets

Rdl's- 3 sets
120kg- 10,9,7

Hack squats- 3 sets
3 plates per side- 10,8,7

Leg extension- 3 sets unilaterally
72kg- 13,12,10

Standing calf raises- 3 sets to failure (unsure of weight. Max stack)

First day back in the gym after coming down with quite a bad flu for 4 days. Took it easier than usual as still not 100%. Feels good to be back

I think you could be overtraining. Yes.

The main issue is your tendons and ligaments.
