Leg day

Lying hamstring curls- 3 sets
60kg- 12,10,8

RDLs- 3 sets
100kg- 12,10,8

Hack squats- 3 sets
3 plates per side- 12,10,8

Leg extensions (unilaterally)- 3 sets
84kg- 13,12,10

Standing calf rasies- 3 sets
15,13,10

Total macros- 4000 calories, 300g protein, 440g carbs, 100g fat.

Feeling good. Feel like I've started blowing up already

Upright rows- 3 sets

Cable laterals- 3 sets
12kg- 13,11,9

Overhead tricep extension- 3 sets
42kg- 12,10,9

Tricep Pushdowns- 3 sets
78kg- 12,10,9

Feeling the effects of being sick last week. Little bit weaker than previous weeks but expecting that to change very soon. Can feel myself getting stronger by the day now
