20 mins on the stationary bike at home 3 times a week. I don't do pullups because lat pulldowns are the same thing and already hit a lot of them. Or you think I should be doing pullups aswell as pulldowns?@Jameswm pull is good but no pull ups? and no cardio?
Pull ups and lat pull downs are completely different for the body. Yes I think you should cut lat pulldown volume and add pull ups. @Jameswm20 mins on the stationary bike at home 3 times a week.
