Mixing in your core training is smart. Most bodybuilders have weak Kors. That's the issue.
 
You can always dedicate a rest day on just core training specifically.

That's an option.
 
I like to finish out my workouts with 10 or 15 minutes of core training, every time.
 
You can train your abs pretty much every day.

That's the one muscle that you can do that with calves are the same way.
 
You don't want to overtrain your shoulders doing too many pull-ups on a heavy back day.
 
Pull-ups and monkey bars are amazing.

If you can nail those down, you'll build up, strong arms and strong back, like, you wouldn't believe.

Tricep Pushdowns- 3 sets

Felt pretty good today. Slowly getting stronger even at maintenance. Looking forward to really pushing it

@Jameswm just a question in the flat chest press what’s the 2.5 plates per side mean?

It's a plate loaded hammer strength chest press. I load 2x 20kg and 1x 10kg on each side
@Jameswm pull is good but no pull ups? and no cardio?
 
20 mins on the stationary bike at home 3 times a week. I don't do pullups because lat pulldowns are the same thing and already hit a lot of them. Or you think I should be doing pullups aswell as pulldowns?
Pull ups and lat pull downs are completely different for the body. Yes I think you should cut lat pulldown volume and add pull ups. @Jameswm

Sorry boys no updates for a while, taking it super easy the week before blast off. Hitting each muscle group once lightly this week
lightly is fine update us on the light part :D
