Nipple sensitivity

I am currently taking 400mgs test enanthat and 200mgs deca per week. Also taking .5mgs arimidex every day and i am having nipple sensativity when i press on them. Only at week 3 of this cycle bloods will be done next week. Should i up the arimidex?

I should note that im 41 6ft 1 and 200lbs and currently at 12% bf and havent done a cycle for about 10 years. I have had gyno that was surgically removed around 10 years ago.

I would say for you to get some aromasin to help out. And after your bloods come back also make sure you're dosing well your AI for this not to keep progressing. If you gotta push it up in order to keep estrogen in place then it's ok

Also you can have prolactin issues with Deca so do you have any caber?

.5mg arimidex every day is a good sized dose so id be surprised if you estrogen levels were really high but everyone reacts differently to aromatizing compounds so until you get your bloods its just a guess.


If you want though you could increase your arimidex you may just crush your estrogen in the meantime but would at least hopefully keep gyno at bay. I again would check your prolactin levels too to be safe.

I would get bloodwork done, because 0.5mg everyday is quite a fair bit. Also, as awm asked, are you doing anything in regards to prolactin control?

Definitely jump on some caber asap. Also if adex isnt working at .5 ed then bump it up to 1mg. If that's still not cutting it then switch over to aromasin some people dont respond too well on adex, myself included

Yea def give the caber a try but as always make sure to follow up and run bloods and post up when you get them!

I recommend blood work before you do anything. My nips get sensitive from time to time the key is not to freak out. Find out what's causing it and if it needs to be addressed.
